Mao Mao x Cowgirl! Reader

Your pov:
I was riding my chestnut haired horse through the forest. We've been through a lot of villages and cities. Like Hedgehog village, Royal woods, San Fransokyo, London, etc.

I met a lot of cool people but at sometime I had to go onto the next place.
The next place I was going to was Pure heart valley.

Not the best place but alright.
We went through some rivers, forests and other stuff.

Once we got there, It was pretty cute. They're were cute animals walking around and I felt like I was the only human there. And I was.

I got off my horse and  put my horse on the leash. Even though he was well behaved.

"This place seems friendly" I said.

One of the residents that was an orange bunny came up to me and asked me, "why hello there ma'am, May I give one of the finest cakes in Pure heart? It's carrot cake!" He said and gave me a plastic box with cake inside it. He also handed me a plastic fork.

"Thanks, I am getting pretty hungry. Can you also give me some carrots for my horse?" I asked and gestured my horse.

"No problem ma'am, I am a Farmer after all!" He said and handed me some carrots.

I thanked him, sat near the fountain of Pure heart and started eating my food.

It was good but I prefer a little spice. My horse was enjoying his carrots.

I looked at the castle of The Valley and I saw three other animals guarding the castle. There was a samurai cat, a bat and a badger/cyclops.

'Maybe I should contact Sticks about that badger since she is also a badger....but that one is a cyclops so she might be freaking out about it' I thought.
I saw the small little bat coming up to me.

"Hi there! My names Adorobat, are you from around here?" Adorobat asked.

"No, I'm not. I'm just exploring this new valley" I said.

"Come with us! We'll show you around!" Adorobat said.

"Wait, we? What do you mean by we?" I asked.

"Oh, sorry I should've introduce my friends.... Badgerclops!" Adorobat calles.

The badger/cyclops came up to us.

"What is it Adorobat?.... Oh, hi there! My names Badgerclops" BC said.

"My names Y/n, nice to meet you!" I said.

"Wait.... aren't you that cowgirl that explores villages and stuff?" BC asked.

"Why yes, yes I am" I said.

"My friend, Mao Mao, is a big fan of your stuff! He's talking about constantly" BC said.

"And where's this big fan of mine?" I asked.

"HEY MAO MAO! YOUR IDOL IS CALLING YOU!" BC shouted.

The samurai cat walked over to me with a nervous smile on his face.

'Shark teeth? Well, that's new to a cat' I thought.

"H-hi there, the names Mao Mao, hero of pure heart" he said.

I blushed a bit and smiled, "Nice to meet you, Mao Mao!" I said.
"Say, since were  both heroes, how about a duel? I wanna show you my cool moves" I added.

"Sure! I do have some training later but I guess that's of the list" he said.

"This is gonna be so cool!!" Adorobat said.
