I'm Marcus Keith Dela Cruz, 32 years of age single, and busy sa pagluluto ng seafood feast namin ng mga friends ko. Buti pala naiisipan ko ng mamali ng mga cookwares sa Manila.Kasi baka, mahirapan ako bumili ng cookware dito sa isla. Buti boys scout,ako para condiments na lang and seafoods. Other food essential ang bilhin dito sa isla. While I'm cooking,I saw a girl sitting while looking at what I'm doing. She's pretty also,but I'm busy cooking. So I turn back my attensyon sa pag luto ko,baka kasi masunog pa yung food. Masasayang yung effort ko, so hinayaan ko na si Miss maganda sa panonood.Sa akin while Im grilling, the stuffed octupus.Si Albert yung barkada ko lumapit, sa akin at ang sabi,ganito "Keith,pare my fan ka na chic." Sagot ko naman,"Pare,hayaan mo na lang,at baka hindi ako matapos magluto rito." Albert:"Tapos ka na ba pare?" Keith:"Oo,pare tapos na ako,I will arrange the table,for our boddle fight". Albert:"Cge pare,puntahan ko lang sila Kenneth at Henry. End of conversation,Habang busy ako sa pag prepare ng table.Excited ako na ipatikim sa friends ko fresh seafoods in different ways ko niluto.
Masaya ang mga friends ko, habang kumakain kami ng dinner ay nasarapan sila sa food. Kenneth: "Grabe,ang saya pala ng boddle fight." Albert:Masarap siya brad,anu ng plano mo Keith? Keith:Plano kung magtayo ng restaurant,boddle style sa Manila,pagbalik natin dun. Henry: "Good decision,brad." End of Conversation.
While,I'm resting I remember nung bagong graduate ako sa business school.I don't know where to start,and then one day I decide to work full time sa business ng parents ko.As a office staff kaso I'm not happy sa work,kasi pakiramdan ko hindi ako para dun,I work sa office ng Dela Cruz Enterprises,for two year. Then I decide to talk to dad to study culinary sa US,when Dad finally say yes to my plan to study I quit my job. My sister was not happy with my plan to study abroad,but I'm determine to study culinary. Pero ayaw ko kasi ng course ko na business Administration,but I still pursue that course because of my Dad. When I graduated,bigyan ko daw yung sarili ko ng pagkakataon mag work ako sa company as office staff for two years. Pero hindi ako masaya sa two years ko dun after 8 hours of work.Manood na ako sa YouTube kay Jaime Oliver cooking easy food gourmet style. My sister, loves the food I cook for her, Victoria Scarlet is her name. She is my number one supporter. While my brother, John Matthew is always complaining hindi kasi filipino food ang niluluto ko.
Mr Adrian Dela Cruz, is my father's name and also the owner of Dela Cruz enterprises. He is an Engineer,by profession. He always provide for us,he's three children. I remember, when I was 5 years he taught me how to draw and I like it way back then.
I still love arts,pero in a different way na nga lang siya at art ways of plating food is also an art for me.
Mrs Aerin Mae Condes-Dela Cruz, is my gorgeous mom who encourage me to be good in every thing I do.
She loves to read good books and she cooks and bakes,as well. She's my idol in cooking,kaya siguro bata pa lang dream ko na maging chef. Pero sinunod ko muna yung gusto ni dad na kumuha ng course na Business Adminstration na course. Dahil balang araw ako na daw ang mag mana ng business niya pag retire niya.
Pero,try ko for two years mag work as office staff pero I'm not happy that's why sabi ko kay Dad," I want to go to New York, to study culinary dad."Saad ko.
Ito ang sagot ng Dad ko, " You can go to New York to study Culinary."
Kaya agad ako nag resigned from the office to chase my dream to became a chef.
Si John Matthew, is my brother and my best friend his a Civil Engineer by profession. Masungit na mabait siya,pero moody ang ugali niya exact opposite kami niya he hates cooking.
My sister naman, Victoria Scarlet is like my girl version sa ugali. Pero she is an Architect by profession,pero very kikay yan kapatid ko na yan. I always buy her make up and make up brushes from the U.S. But I think being with her makes my culinary knowledge useful,mahilig kasi kumain ang bunso namin.
Tapos na ako sa balik tanaw ng buhay ko,and having a simple life with my family is one of my treasures.
Mag swimming naman,kami ng barkada ko,and tommorow surfing naman.
Early morning punta ulit ako sa palengke,may mga request kasi sila, scallops ang gusto pero,kung sagot nila yung budget for that why not.
Hindi ko ipagpapalit yung journey ko sa New York, studying at the same time working part time is very rewarding for me.
Everything that will happen now is a new journey for me,and I will enjoy the Journey while it last.
Name ng lang nung restaurant ang kulang,yun wala pa akong naiisip pero sana makaisip na ako.
Pero enjoyin ko to bakasyon ko habang nag conseptualize ako ng business ko.
I miss the warm weather,dati puro western food ang niluluto ko pero ngayon hindi na.
Mas Filipino food ang hinahanap ng Dila ko, my sister always says "Baka mag asawa ka na kuya?",sabi ng sister ko sa chat niya.
Pero ewan hindi ko trip mag love life nung nasa U.S ako, busy kasi talaga yung free time itutulog mo na lang talaga.
Minsan yung free time ko naman nag aaral ako ng mga new dishes or nasa grocery talaga ako.
Yung mga classmates ko sa culinary mga busy kami,kasi kanya kanya kami mga ginagawa kaya minsan bihira lang lumabas.
