Tarso awkwardly stood there not knowing what to so he put his arms up. He then patted her head slowly, causing her to look up at him. She laughed and then stopped.
"Not used to them? We'll fix that!" She laughed once more than left to make sure there was no more alcoholic drinks left.
Alcoholic anything is illegal and so is traveling out-of-country. A war is on the brink, America is freaking out. Tarso reads the papers every day to be up dated and then tells the others who don't know how to read, or speak/read English. He also reads the paper to Celso when they drive anywhere which is a lot.
"Sir, It's time to get up." Tarso said opening the curtains to let the light in, and to wake Celso up.
"Ah." He groaned and rolled to his right side away from the window. He then pulled the blanket over his head. Tarso shook his head and then grabbed the blanket and ripped it out of Celso's hold. He then left the room with the blanket and proceeded to the guest room on the other side of the house. He walked back and waited for Celso to get up for a minute or two. He tapped his foot with every second that went by. He finally got tired of waiting and opened the window. The cold, no freezing morning air rushed in an hit Celso like a car.
He tried to grab the blanket, when he couldn't find it he moved closer to the edge and start to try to look for it on the floor, still not opening his eyes. His eyes closed tightly, so he didn't get any light in them. When he could find it though he opened his eyes. Tarso smiled and bent over to his eye level.
"Tarso, you are the devil in sheep's clothing." He snarled and turned over to the other side of the bed.
"Yes, I am very well aware sir. Now if you please, Get up or I'll tell Ms. Chiara she can come in and wake you up." Tarso smirked when Celso's head popped up.
"Fine, I'll get up." Celso got up. He was only in pajama bottoms and wasn't ready for his aunt/female friend to see him yet.
"Great! MS. CHIARA, YOU MAY COME IN!" Tarso shouted to the girl who was waiting outside the door. Chiara opened the door and stepped into the room. Celso looked at Tarso with anger.
"Sorry sir." He shrugged. "She was waiting outside for some time now." He continued on picking out Celso's clothes, not giving two shits about Celso's complaining. Celso whined some more and then stopped.
"Yes, I was wondering if you two would like to go out with Jen and I?" She asked politely, and looked over to Tarso.
"Oh, umm. Tarso can we?" Celso looked over to Tarso also wondering if he could. Tarso looked up for a moment.
"Yes I believe he can." Tarso looked back down continuing what he was doing before he was interrupted.
"And you? What about you Tarso?" Chiara takes a step closer to Tarso, her eyebrows raised. Celso also staring holes into the man.
"No. I have something to do later. I have a life you know. And I have a date set up." Tarso picked a shirt out of the two he'd been holding the whole time. Chiara frowned.
"A date? Well couldn't you bring her with? I'm sure she wouldn't mind." Chiara batted her eyelids. Celso nodded in agreement.
"You should come, this girl might be fun. What better way to know her than to bring her to meet us?" Celso smiled, the thought of revenge hot on his mind. He wanted to get Tarso back for waking him up in such a cold manner.
"Fine if that's what you would like, then so be it. Where will we be going and time?" Tarso turned back to look at pants and ties.
"Darlies Place, 4 pm. Make sure to bring this girl." She smiled, but it was fake. Celso made a weird face to her to see and she stuck her tongue out at him. Tarso completely unaware of what the two were doing as he was busy and didn't care.
"Well, I believe I will be able to bring her. Are we going to meet there?" He turned to Celso. Celso jumped in surprise and looked like a deer caught in the head lights.
"Um yes, that should be fine. Is she coming here or are you picking her up?" Celso straightened himself out.
"I'll be picking her up, I believe that would be best." He chooses a tie and a pair of black pants and hands them to Celso and then walks out of the room. Celso and Chiara stare at each other in confusion.
"He's going on a date?" Chiara ask Celso.
"Well yes, he just said so. But why he's picking the girl up is quite weird." Celso shrugs it off and starts to change. Chiara looks away and walks out of the room as well.
Tarso was talking to Jen and setting things up for the date. He also was setting up a meeting with some business partners. Celso wouldn't have to be present for this meeting and could spend some time with Chiara.
"Yes, I'll make sure to pick you up. Yes thank you, I'll see you later. Yes, Goodbye." Celso hung up the phone. Jen looked at him.
"I got her address. I'll pick her up a 3 and then talk for a bit. Then we'll meet the rest of you at Darlies Place at 4." He sighed. "Make sure to make the meeting tomorrow at 6 pm I don't want to have it today, I have a meeting a 2. And with the whole meeting up thing I'll won't be able to fit it in today. Speaking of meeting I have one right now, I'll catch up you later." He said goodbye and left. Chiara had been watching from the stairs and sighed. She stood up and went to Celso's room. She knocked and then went in.
"Celso, did you know that Tarso does so much? Like meetings and such. It seems like he is always busy." Chiara sat on the bed while Celso was shaving in the bathroom.
"You are only seeing this now? Chiara where have you been these past weeks? Asleep? He practically runs this mafia if it wasn't for him, you wouldn't be here. Hey, I wouldn't even be here." She looked at him with a questioning look.
"What do you mean?" He sighed and started.
"Well, when I was about 10 my father wanting to kill me, but Tarso stopped him. He refused to kill me. And about you well, he said that it would be good for me and you and that it might make Jen feel better. You know to have another female around." He shrugged and tried to tie his tie.
"Shoot! Man, this thing is impossible!" Celso was about to call for Jen but Chiara stopped him.
"I'll help you." She walked up to him and started tying his tie. "So tell me, what doesn't Tarso do? Or does he do everything?" He looked up some more to give her more room to work with.
"Pretty much everything, but drive. He's not allowed to drive. He even has his own office." Chiara frowned.
"Shouldn't you be doing more? I mean, he's already so busy." She finished and sat back down.
"Well, if I had to do more than I could mess things up." He looked at the mirror. She looked down.
"Don't you feel bad for him though? He works really hard for a long time. He might just give out." Her frown was bigger now.
"What's it to you? Ya like him?" Celso joked trying something new.
"Well... I mean no. He's a very kind, sweet, charming, strong man, but no I do not like him!" Chiara's cheeks turned red. Over these past days she had been paying attention to Tarso, how much he gave and helped out. And before she knew it she had fallen for him.
"Ok, if you say so. Then I hope this date goes well." Celso turned around to her.
"What do you think?" He spread his arms out to show off the outfit which was a pair of black pants, a dark green vest and a dark green shirt. His tie was Black and green as well.
"It looks good. Now about the date, do you think he'll like her though? What about us? Oh! Was she the girl he went out with last time?" Her voice was slowly getting louder. Celso squinted from the noise.
"I don't know! Can you lower the noise a bit though?" Celso shook his head in disappointment. Chiara mouthed sorry and walked out of the room, so she wouldn't bother Celso anymore.
