I listened to the falling rain outside our window it was still dark outside . The soft fur blanket kept us warm. I knew she wasn't asleep .   " I know your awake" I said she opened her eyes and sat up. I watched as she pushed her beautiful red hair out of her face and behind her ears. " I can't sleep" she said . I nodded " nor can I " I said she smiled and moved in closer to me. I wrapped my arm around her. She layed her head on my chest and gently played with my blond hair twisting and untwisting it around her elegant fingers . I smiled " what are you doing" I asked she shrugged . " I dont know" she said and let my hair loose of the small braid she had but it in. She frowned . " what" I asked . She shook her head slightly then sighed and closed her eyes . " el cam vol" she whispered ( I love you) I smiled  " el cam vol Nuala " I said she smiled . I layed down with her in my arms and drifted to sleep.

I snuggled closer to my husband . His bare chest was warm .I could hear his slow and steady heartbeat. I smiled as he held me closer.  I guessed it was about one o clock in the morning.  Then I heard the door open and felt someone climb into the bed. Legalos. 

I turned over and saw his handsome littel face looking up at me " whats wrong my brave little bird " I said "I had a nightmare" he whispered . I opened my arms and hugged him . "Can I sleep with you tonight" he asked I nodded. He slipped under the blanket and cuddled me. I stroked his long blond hair and hummed him to sleep.  " el cam vol doron kas miren " I whispered ( I love you my little bird ) he laughed and whistled for me . I Laughed and drifted to sleep with my bird in my arms .
