Nuala

I walked through the palace singing . It was a spring afternoon and it was sunny and warm outside.  Everything was perfect Legalos was outside playing with his new bow he got for his 8th birthday.  With Tauriel.  I walked into my room and was surprised by Thranduil coming from behind and taking my hand . He spun me into a passionate kiss. I laughed " your in a good mood" I said he chuckled " yes and so are you. " he said and moved me into an elegant waltz. I laughed.  he dipped me and kissed me passionately . We stopped dancing and walked outside.  Legalos was no were to be seen . I frowned . " mom mom you have to help me " I saw Legalos shouting as he ran towards us . He ran over to me and tugged on my arm . " hurry lets go " he said in a panic " Legalos whats wrong " Thranduil asked Legalos was about answer but was drowned out by a scream . " TAURIEL" Legalos yelled and grabbed my sword. " Legalos wait " I said and ran after him. Legalos ignored me.  Thranduil ran in front of me . " stay here I dont want you to get hurt."  he said " no " I said he stopped me and looked me in the eyes " please " he said  I stopped but watched as Legalos got Tauriel and Thranduil fought a pack of  orc's off. Legalos took her hand and ran to me . " you ok " he asked she nodded.  I took them inside .  Legalos took Tauriel to his room and calmed her down.  While I worried in my room . I jumped up when the door opened.  Thranduil dropped his sword and fell on his knees . I rushed over to him . He held his shoulder tightly . I moved his hand slightly and found a huge gash spilling out dark red blood. It dripped down the sleeve of his robe . I ran to the bathroom and grabbed a rag. I bount his arm and saw he was bleeding in other places across his chest and arms. I helped him to the bed and got a bowl of hot water . I threw healing herbs in the water and placed the rag into it. I removed Thranduil's ripped robe and started cleaning his wounds. Legalos came in and ran over to us . " is he ok " he asked I nodded " he should be  " I said Legalos let out a breath of relief . Thranduil cringed in pain as I wrapped his wounds. " take it easy from now on " I said he nodded and layed down.  Legalos climbed on the bed and lay next to him. I smiled and ordered a double on the guards on watch.
