Y/N's mother, krystal and Anthony.

"Yeah but how do we get her dressed and look presentable so she wouldn't know?" Mackie asked as I agreed. "Leave that up to us women" her mother said. "Wait a minute you got Jesse Powell to sing at the proposal?!" Aaliyah questioned "it was hard but yeah" I said as Anthony looked at me "Jesse Powell?!" He questioned as I chuckled and nodded.

"She's going to say yes hands down" Anthony said as we all laughed. "He's performing her favorite song right?" Abriana asked as I nodded "no she's not just about to be engaged to, she's about to be pregnant too" Aaliyah said as everyone laughed.

"So I'll make sure everyone on our side of the family is here and you make sure your side is there" her mother started off. "So is he going to sing while you propose or you want something else?" Krystal asked. "get some Luther in there after she says "yes" she's sure to get pregnant" Mackie said as I chuckled. "We got a movie premiere for knives out that Friday night in New York so-" I started off.

"Chris we got it, it's going to be straight" Aaliyah assured as Mackie agreed. "Just enjoy the premiere and everything will be okay including her looking pretty next Saturday" her mother assured as I smiled. Mackie and I left "man, are you ready?" He questioned "yeah, I've been trying to do this for a month and a half now but I can't ever seem to propose to her or find the right way. Then she's saying I've been acting weird" I brought up.

"You just got to relax" Mackie stated as I sighed "you ready bruh don't even stress it" he stated as I smiled. "I'm going to propose to her" I said excitedly as Mackie chuckled.

"I know he's not cheating but damn he's barely showing me love like he used too and it's almost like he's anxious and scared of something" I expressed to Aaliyah. "I don't know, when I came in the room he was on his phone and when he seen me he jumped putting his phone in his pocket." I explained.

"Maybe he doesn't want me anymore" I brought up.
"I'm sure he might just be stressed with all the press tours and premieres for "knives out". Chris is not cheating on you don't even let that be a thought" Aaliyah assured as I got a notification to my phone stating I was invited to Abriana and Jay's engagement party.

"When did jay and Abriana get engaged again?" I questioned "girl I don't know" Aaliyah said "well let me call and send her some money to see if I can help out with anything" I said. "Okay and Y/N Chris LOVES YOU" she assured as I smiled "okay Aaliyah" I said as we said our goodbyes.

I called Abriana she then answered the FaceTime call smiling hard. "When did you and jay get engaged.... again?" I asked as she laughed "last night" she stated "awwwee do you guys need help with anything as far as decorations and entertainment?" I questioned. "Girl yes cash app me like 3 thousand" she stated as I paused.

"Your connection ain't messed up you got Verizon" she said as I continued to stay still ".....wait a damn minute" she said as I pressed the no service button on my phone disconnecting the service and our FaceTime call. Once it hung up I turned it back on receiving a text instantly from Abriana.

"Enjoy you know I like doing stuff like this" she said. "You're handling your best friends wedding on top of that I know you're doing her baby shower whenever she gets pregnant, you've done my baby shower when are you going to let people plan things for you?"
