-30 minutes prior-

"Will you stop! Please!" Jangmi pleaded. For the past 20 minutes Minjun had been beating the shit out of Jeno.

"You left me and mom, for this kid? To be with him? I honestly saw you and Hyunjin more," he replied darkly.

"He treats me better than any of you ever will."

"Honey, you've only known him for like 2 months chill out," Minjun responded.

"Jangmi.......just stop," Jeno said, clearly in pain and out of breath.

"Will you just shut," Minjun kicked Jeno in his stomach, "up! Huh?! Your pathetic! Your the one hunched iver in the floor bleeding!"

"Just kill us then! Why do all this extra shit!" Jangmi shouted extremely angry.

Minjun walked over to Jangmi and bent in front of her slightly. He looked the girl in the eyes and whispered, "Because this is just to much fun."

"Boys, we don't have much time. I honestly agree with the girl. Hyunjin, Minjun, the rest of us are leaving. Take care of them quickly," Chan ordered.

The other 7 boys then got up to leave the crying girl and hurt boy.

Hyunjin walked over to a table behind Jeno and grabbed two guns. He handed one to Minjun and kept the other for himself.

Hyunjin walked over to Jeno and put him back in his seat. He nodded to Minjun, telling him to watch Jeno.

"You know, Jangmi, I really did love you," Huunjin confessed, pulling the safety off his gun. "You were the first girl I ever had feelings for. But of course, they didn't last. And to be honest, I expected this to be our ending. I expected all the money and all the people dying. And at the center of all that was you. And eventually, you'd have to be taken care of. Now that was never the problem, it was just pretending to like you after you left the first time."

"That one night at Jump Start changed everything. This stupid boy ruined everything!" He shouted, pulling Jeno's droopy head up by his hair. "You would still be alive and I would honestly still have feelings for you."

"Come on dude, just kill her. We have to go soon," Minjun announced.

"I'll shot her when I want to!" He shouted back.

"Just....stop.....Hyunjin.........you can't.......you can't just..........kill her," Jeno spoke very quietly.

"I do whatever the fuck I want," he growled.

The groups conversation was cut short when footsteps could be heard on the floor above them. Hyunjin quickly went behind Jangmi to point his gun at her back. He whispered, "Make a sound and I'll shout her dead right now."

The two members of NCT were still tense, but kept quiet.

"Hyunjin, we have to do this now," Minjun whispered.

"Well, this is goodbye then," Hyunjin whispered.

He stepped back a little and shot Jangmi in her right shoulder blade.

Her eyes went wide in pain and despair as she watched the sadness consume Jeno. Not even a few seconds later, Jeno was shot in the leg by Minjun. Once both shots were taken, the pair went running down the hallway to make their escape.

Black dots started to make its way into Jangmi's eyes. She could make out Jeno's figure crawling towards her and trying to get the ropes off of her. Jeno was only able to loosen them enough for her to slip into his arms.

He looked the girl over quickly, tears gushing out of his eyes fast, while trying to stop the needling in her arm.

"I'm so sorry. This should have never been you!" Jeno whispered.

Jangmi looked Jeno in his eyes and smiled lightly. She was losing blood fast and anything could happen in the next few minutes if she didn't get help.

"Don't be...........I'm glad we meet Jeno," she spoke softly, almost as if she knew how this was going to end.

"No, no.....please.....don't talk like that. You'll get help........there are people upstairs," he pleaded, crying even harder.

He could feel her body getting colder by the second as she was still in his arms.

"I.....i love.......i love you.......Jeno........know that."

"I love you too, please," Jeno confessed, pleading to the gods that nothing bad would happen to you.

He looked over her again and saw a small smile on her face. He knew this couldn't be the end for the two. They had just met and were growing with each other.

His hands were now soaked with her blood and he didn't know what to do. His leg was bleeding out, and so was his arm. He was surprised by how he was still awake with his injuries.

He saw her eyes drift up slightly to the ceiling and her eyelids start to get heavy.

His eyes widened and he started to shake the girl a little, hoping to bring her back.

"No, no, no, you have to stay awake.......stay with me........"

Jangmi's eyes drift back to Jeno for a split second. She took a deep breath and sighed.

At that moment in time, Jeno was too scared of losing her. He had grown so fond, so in love with her, that he couldn't live with himself without doing the one thing he always wanted to do.

Jeno leaned down and kissed Jangmi lightly. His heart began to flutter, finally letting it have what it wanted.

Kang Jangmi.

Lee Jeno couldn't deny that he wanted Kang Jangmi.

But he was now too late.

When he pulled away he saw her eyes closed and her body still.

He sat in shock, holding the body of the girl he love so much.

He cried.

And cried.

And cried.

Until the door to their cells flew open and the Dreamies came in.
