Music Period

Julian's pov
September 2nd, 20XX (Monday)

"Do you have a girlfriend?" I ask him in a very shy and low voice. luckily I was standing in front of him so he could hear me. He had his head tilted to the side then smirked at me.

"So I guess you don't know" he started while getting up from the bench. He wasn't too far away because I could feel his breath hit my forehead every time he breathed. I had to look up at him because of how tall he is. "I'm gay"

His words shocked me as I watched him grab his backpack and walk away. I stood in the same spot where I asked him my question

'How could I be so rude? He doesn't look gay? Why has no one told me this? Where are all the rumors about this?' I thought till I felt a tap on my shoulder. I look up to see it was Romeo

"You ok?" He asked me as I nod quickly at his question. "It looks like you're still in shock. I didn't know we had to know about our relationship status or sexuality."

His black straight hair blew with the wind, looking like he has cow licks all over his head. He has peach light fair skin, his eyes looked Korean but bigger while his eye color was a dark blue. I bet It looks like the deep sea in the sunlight. His height looked around 6'1. I didn't understand why my heart was beating faster and faster as he stood there. The dark circles under his eyes tells me he was up late or he pulled an all-nighter. We were looking straight at each other, as if time had stopped. The snow falling on top of us in slow motion, the wind blowing lightly, and the grey clouds that were over us. For some odd reason......I didn't want this moment to end. I wanted to stay like this for as long as we could. I knew once we got inside the school the moment would be over and the snow on top of us would melt instantly because of the heat.

"We should head inside now before we get caught up in a small storm. I don't want you catching a cold on your first day ether" he suggested, turning away from me while walking to the door. "Fuck" I heard him say underneath his breath

I walked up behind as he opened the door for me. "Th-thank you!" I stutter at him while blushing

"Ah. I guess it's awkward after I told you I'm gay isn't it?" He questioned himself as he looked outside. He has a small frown on his face. "Maybe i should've kept that to myself"

"N-no! It isn't! It's not awkward at all!" I blurt out to him. "I just wasn't ready to hear what you had to say since we just met"

"Hm?" He hummed then walked away.

"Hey where are we going now!?" I ask him, running behind him so I can catch up to him.

"We're going to the library now." He hummed again.

Walking behind Romeo was weird. He was too tall for me to see what's in front of me unless I moved over to the side, he would tap one of his hands against his leg while humming a song as his other hand was in his pocket. He would hit each beat of the song with his fingers. The echoing of his humming filled the hallway as little people passed by us as we walked.

At the Library

"Wow! It's huge in here!" I observe. The library had two floors and the stairs looked like the stairs from the Disney movie 'Beauty and the Beast' where she's walking down in her yellow ball gown to meet the beast.

"Romeo your back!" A lady laughed. She looked to be in her early 50's. Her skin was a medium shade of brown, her hair was curly black as it stopped at her shoulders. Her height was around 5'3. She has a slightly curvy body for her age and it wasn't bad. She was wearing a black dress that had a white collar, the dress stopped at her knees but it was flowy at the end and she had long sleeves that were a part of the dress. She was wearing pearl white earrings with her outfit and her shoes with black doll baby shoes.
