"Liam! I swear if you don't come down in ten seconds I'll leave your lazy ass here, then you can go to school by bus!" Evelyn said as she picked up a toast from the plate,

"Thanks mom,"

"I'm here!" Liam exclaimed as he pulled on his deep red jacket.

"Good, now that you guys are here, let me get a picture." Evelyn's mom said as she picked up her phone.

"Mom that's really not necessary." Evelyn said as she pulled her backpack on.

"Senior and sophomore year! My god you guys have grown up fast."

The camera snapped the picture about ten times before their mom hugged them once more and they finally left the door.

"When do I get to drive?" Liam asked as he sat on the passenger seat.

"As soon as I graduate," Evelyn smiled as she started the engine.

The car ride was silent, Evelyn knew something was wrong with her brother, her brother was never silent during the ride to school.

"What's wrong?"

Liam raised his eyebrows as he looked at her, "What? Nothing."

"Cut the crap Liam, I've known you for sixteen years. Now tell me."

Liam sighed as he looked out of the window, "It's just... it's just that, Mason has no clue about me, and I feel guilty for lying to him like that,"

"Well you don't have to; Scott said you could tell him, didn't he?"

"Yeah, well. I don't know how to go about it." He sighed as he looked at his sister, "Hey Mason, I just wanted to tell you that I'm a werewolf! Or like I have a deep dark secret, I thought I'd let you know."

Evelyn laughed as she heard her brother ramble, "Hey, Mason's smart. I'm sure he'll understand.... And no please don't open with 'I have a deep dark secret.'"

Liam sighed and plugged his earphones in.

Evelyn parked the car and looked at herself in the rear view mirror before she got out, her brown her were neatly parted, down till her shoulders, her blue eyes looked tired, since she didn't sleep much last night because of three things:

1. The man with huge glowing claws.

2. The cute guy called Theo.

3. The new day anxiety.

Sure these weren't valid reasons but she went along with it. She got out of her car, and went straight to her first class of the day- AP Biology.

Lydia was already waiting for her in the first seat, she saw Kira sitting in the adjacent one, and waved to her. As Evelyn adjusted her books, and sat on her seat, Scott walked in and sat next to Kira.

Lydia and Evelyn looked at Kira in shock, Scott wasn't supposed to be here, especially with his grades going down and the fact he missed numerous classes last year.

With Lydia nudging Kira to ask Scott, she finally did,

"Are you in right class?"

Scott answered, "AP Biology."

"Do you know what AP stands for?" Lydia asked

Scott smiled and replied, "Advanced Placement," he then opened his book which was more highlighted than Lydia's cheeks.

"Whoa, he's really serious about this huh?" Evelyn asked Lydia.

Lydia who was still looking at Scott in surprise replied "Uh-huh"
