Part 2: The Mess

A/N Hello again. So this crossover happens before Endgame and before Doctor Strange(should've mentioned that before😅). Enjoy!

Third POV

The Avengers tower was empty. All except for the team of heroes surrounding a meeting table, awaiting instructions from Director Fury. Tony was tapping a pen in the table, Cap was sitting like a soldier, Bruce didn't want to be there, Thor was tossing his hammer in the air, Nat and Clint were about ready to beat up Tony for his annoying tapping when a whooshing sound could be heard from the hallway. Alarmed the Avengers suited up and headed towards the source of the sound. They were all surprised to find a police phone box from the 60's in the middle of the hallway. They all snapped out of their dazes when the box opened, revealing a short-haired blond with blue trousers, black leather boots, a black shirt with a faded rainbow in the middle, yellow straps, and a light gray-blue trenchcoat reaching her ankles.

She looked at all of them. " Is this the Avengers tower? Because if so what is the time?"

They all gaped at her not really comprehending what is happening. "Am I late?" She asked walking out of her spaceship.

Tony, taking his helmet off, was the first to speak, "How did you get in here?"

"Also who are you?" Asked Cap.

"Ah. I came in here with my TARDIS ( pointing at the police box) and my name is the Doctor" she smiled at them. As they continued trying to comprehend, she walked right past them into the meeting room. "Also," turning around and saying in a very serious tone, " don't touch my TARDIS, especially you Stark"

" Was it my amazingness that made me stand out?" Tony replied, walking over to the table, his armor off now.

"No, your resemblance to your father and your curiosity." The Doctor responded looking around the room and at a surprised and confused Tony. Slowly the room filled with the rest of the Avengers. The Doctor looked at all of them, having done her research she knew all if them and their abilities.

Cap being Cap, he went over to the Doctor and formally introduced himself. "Steve Rogers, ma'm"

The Doctor shook his hand, muttering " Ma'm? What do you - oh!" She looked back at herself. "I keep on forgetting that I'm a woman now"

That earned confused faces from all of then. She was about to explain why when Nick Fury came into the meeting room. All heads turned his way awaiting instructions.

"I see you've met our new teammate." Eyeing the Doctor.

"Temporarily" the Doctor corrected.

"Right. Anyway we have a problem in our hands. An alien problem. That's why she's here." He brought up a hologram of the Dalek picture that was showed to the Doctor only moments ago.

"Are you trying to tell me that she knows more than us about aliens?" Tony said in disbelief.

"Yes, there are many people out there in the universe that are smarter than you. Did you know that? Take me for an example." She said smugly.

Tony was taken a back by this, for the only one that could keep up with him was Jarvis or Banner. He couldn't let himself believe someone like her, that forgot she was woman, could be any smarter than him. "Alright then, prove it." He needed facts and proof.

"Gladly. Before I start can you tell me what 2+2 is?", they all give her a look, "no? Also, could you tell me all you know about the alien" the Doctor pointed to the hologram.

Tony looks at her for a good few seconds before proceeding into telling her the information. " This alien you see here was found wandering the Sahara Desert. We believe it to be from another planet, for the aloy of the armor is not from Earth. So far it has destroyed 3 villages (he shows three different villages in fire with people running away screaming) and according to the lucky few that survived they say that the machine yelled out 'Exterminate' a lot and one claimed it was talking about preparing the Earth for someone's arrival. By the looks of it, it's been in the desert for a long time. The armor it has looks rusted, I'm surprised its even moving."

"Uh-huh" the Doctor was deep into concentration, thinking of all the possibilities as to why their was a Dalek here and why. " So you don't know the name of the alien or planet?" They all shake their heads making the Doctor show a grin. " Well then,(getting up and rubbing her hands together) it's a good thing you have me(she points to herself)"
