Taehyung agreed to audition for my brother's friends' company. Jin-hyung told us to send out emails that he is interested for an audition. My brother left the apartment after dinner. As for Taehyung and I, we started composing the email to be sent.

While he types on his laptop, I started humming his song. He looked at me and smiled, "do you want me to play it on the piano after this?"

I nodded, "Let me help you constructing your email."

After we sent the emails, we spent the rest of the evening playing his song on the piano. I stopped playing for a while, and envisioned my future with him. I would love seeing him play the piano for me anytime he wanted to.

"I love you." I whispered, looking at him as he played the piano and sing the lyrics softly.

"I love you more, Y/N." He replied. He stopped playing the piano and kissed my temple.

"Hot chocolate?" I suggested as I led him to the couch to watch a movie.

"Hot chocolate."

AFTER 3 WEEKS

I was focusing on my lessons in college while Taehyung spent his hours at ny apartment, writing his songs and waiting for a reply from his sent emails. One afternoon, Taehyung called me to say that the one of the companies he sent an email to sent him a reply. He was scheduled for an audition this Friday. It was Tuesday today. I was excited for him, I know he would make it. After the call, I went to look for Jungkook since he wanted to talk to me. I found him under a tree at the campus garden and sat beside him.

"So what is it that you wanna talk about?" I asked him.

"Can you come with me to my basketball game on Friday?" He said.

"I don't know, Kook. Tae's audition is on Friday as well." I informed him. And as usual, he proceeded with his doe eyes and pouting.

"Please Y/Nieee. You're my best friend. You love me too, right?" he whined. I chuckled at him. He's such a baby.

"Alright. What time is this?" I said.

"Umm.. around 8:00 pm. However, it's held in Busan. So maybe we can leave early?" He answered.

"Oh... I'd have to talk to Tae about it first." I said.

When I got home, I found Taehyung sleeping on the couch with the TV on.

"Baby..." I called as I sat beside him and hugged him.

He woke up and wrapped his arms around me. I snuggled closer.

"How's your day, my love?" He asked me.

"It was fine. Jungkook's asking me to join him on his game this Friday. I told him I would ask you first." I answered.

He laughed and said, "Baby, you can go. It's with Jungkook, I know you'll be safe. Besides, your graduation's almost there. Enjoy your last days in university."

I hugged him tighter. "Thanks, love. Let's meet on Saturday and tell me what happened to your audition, okay?"

He nodded, and continued cuddling.

FRIDAY

Loud music blasted from the speakers as Jungkook and I squished through the people to find the team. And there they were, on a couch as they have fun.

I was never the party person. I prefer quiet and intimate places, while Jungkook is a party animal. Polar opposites yet we managed to be best friends.

Jungkook knew that I hate alcohol beverages, so he got me water instead. He stayed beside me all the time because he knew I hate being alone in places that I am not used to.

After what felt like eternity, Jungkook has chugged down a good amount of beer.

"Y/Nieee... I love you." He said as he chugged down his shot.

I laughed at him. "Kookie, I think we should go home. You're drunk."

"Okayyy. If Y/N says, I would do it. Because, I'm JK and I love you." He said, pinching my cheeks hard.

"Ouch, Kookie. Stand up and let's go." I removed his hand and laughed.

And with that, I dropped him off to his apartment.

"Jeon Jungkook, where did you put your extra key? It used to be under the rock here." I said as I looked for it.

"Key? You mean key to my heart, Y/N?" He asked drunkenly. He laughed at himself for saying it.

"Here it is."

I found it on the flower pot, this guy makes robbers easy to rob his place seriously. I guided him to his room. He flopped on the bed. I removed his shoes so that he can sleep comfortably.

"Good night kookie. I'll go home now." I bid goodbye and headed outside.

"I meant it when I said I love you." He whispered.

"What?" I asked, looking back at him but he's already asleep. I left his home trying to dismiss what I just heard.
