Sector 13, Briefing room

"Alright, people!" Michael voice echoed throughout the room. "Sangvis Ferri have set up a base near our location. Our mission is to secure any possible intel and destroy the outpost."

Michael then pointed at a hillside, "We will have two strike forces. Callsign 'Eagle' and Callsign 'Alpha'. Eagle will consist of , SVD, G43, M1895 and PPK, with M1895 being the team leader. You will be position at this hillside and be the eyes of Alpha team. Your job is to provide overwatch and cover fire if Alpha team screws up."

Michael then pointed to the outpost, "Intel suggests that the outpost was recently build, and their defenses will not be strong. That's where Alpha team comes in. Alpha will consist of Type 56-1, G3, M3, MP40 and M1911, with M1911 as the team leader. Your explosive armaments will help easily level this outpost down to the ground. Target anything that looks remotely explosive but do not engage the enemy directly. The resulting explosions will confuse the guards. Use that timeframe to eliminate any survivors. Any question?"

MP40 raised her hand and asked, "Wouldn't just destroying the enemy command node be faster, Kommandant?"

Question marks hover above Michael's head, "The what now?" Michael asked.

"The Command node, Kommandant. Sangvis Ferri uses a cluster style system. Their signals are centrally broadcast from a forward command post. Every Griffin Kommandant should know that." MP40 replied.

Michael pinch the bridge of his nose and sigh, "So your telling me Sangvis Ferri have placed all their units into one command post that can be easily destroy to disable all their operations."

Everyone except Michael nodded their heads.

Michael softly muttered, "Then how the hell is this war still somehow going on?" Michael then shake his head, not wanting to question any further. "Never mind, change of plans, Alpha team will proceed accordingly as planned, but instead of finishing off any survivors, use the confusion to head straight to the command node. Eagle team, after the explosion happens, help Alpha team clear a way towards the command node. Any questions?"

"No Commander!" Everyone said in unison.

"Good, grab your barang barang and be ready to deploy at 0900 sharp." Michael chuckled.

Everyone in the room then looked at Michael, "Barang barang?" They asked confusedly.

"Sorry, force of habit. It means equipment in malay." Michael cleared up the confusion.

The girls nodded their heads in acknowledgment before going to the armoury to grab their equipments.

Armoury

"Hey, girls! What do you think of our Kommandant?" G43 asked as she checked a namesake weapon.

"I'm not sure G43. He seems nice enough but I don't think he is competent in leading us. After all he didn't even know what a command node is!" MP40 replied as she took some incendiary grenades.

"But he seems skilful enough." Type 56-1 piped in. "I mean despite the sudden change in plans, it isn't done poorly." She continued as she counted the amount of grenades she has.

"B...but shouldn't he still know what a command node is? After all, Griffin training programs always cover it." M3 meekly asked.

From the corner, SVD answered, "That's because he never went for it."

A collective 'WHAT!' was heard.

M1895 immediately asked, "But how would someone with no training become a commander!"
