Chapter 3

Today it Tuesday so my dad goes to work really early. I climb out of bed. The house is so empty. Silent. I hook my phone up to the speaker in my room. I play some Lil Peep. I dance around while picking out my outfit. I grab a red long sleeve button up shirt, black high waisted jeans, black Gucci belt and red bottoms. I unbraid mg hair slowly to keep all of the waves in it. I throw in some hairspray, put on winged eyeliner, mascara and red lipstick. I get dressed. Before i leave i grab my phone and bag. I unlock my car and jump in. I text my mom before leaving for school. I listen to a few Maddison beer songs on my way. I park in my spot and step out of my car. I look amazing today let me tell you that. I see a few people staring at me. I smile, walk inside the building, and find the girls. Avani walks up to me as i put my bag in my locker. "Damn you look good today!" She yells hugging me. "Thanks vani." I say smiling. "I love that nickname." We walk over to the table we sat at yesterday. I sit down crossing my legs, patiently waiting for everyone else to show up. I walk over to the coffee shop in the food court and order a caramel frappe. I turn around to see Jaden right behind me. "Hey." I say blushing a bit. "Hey." He say walking past me. Wow ok. I sit at the table with all of the group. "You look very good today." Josh says. "Thanks." I sit down taking a sip of my coffee. The boys occasionally glance at me. Jaden doesn't really talk to me. We talk for a bit and a girl glances at me making a nasty face. "Who's that?" Jaden looks at her and rolls his eyes. "Alex. She's practically obsessed with me." He says. "Oh." I say stirring my coffee with my straw. The bell rings. Me and Avani walk to first period laughing. We grab our things and write down some things in our first page. "Are you and Jaden cool?" I stop writing. "Yea he's just not talking to me much." She giggles and we smile. After we finish first period me and Avani talk and walk to 2nd. Josh looks at me smiling. Jaden just stares an me. Almost analyzing my every move. Avani sits behind jaden and i sit behind josh. We listen to the teacher ramble on about hitler and world war 1. I look over to see Jaden staring at the board. His jaw is clenched and his eyes dart at the words being written down. He glances at me and i look back down at my notebook. The bell rings and i put my things away. I feel a presence next to me. "Hey." I turn to see Jaden. "Um hey." I say walking away from him. He grabs my arm. "Avoiding me now?" I smirk. "I thought that was your plan." I yank my arm from his grip walking away. I walk into 3rd period and take my seat. We all sit where we were last class. Me Olivia, Avani and Addison sit at a table. Josh snd Nessa sit across from Anthony and Jaden. "Has he talked to you?" Olivia asks. "He tried. After completely ignoring me. So i walked away." Addison smiles. "Hard to get? He's gonna love that!" Addison says. "He likes a challenge. Your the first girl that hasn't fell at his feet." Avani says. I look up to see Jaden staring at me. I look back down and solve my math problems. I feel his eyes burning into me. At the end of class we all turn in our worksheets. As i leave class Jaden steps in front of me. "Wait." He says as i walk away. "Yes Jaden?" I spin around. "What are you doing after school?" He smirks. "Plans with Avani. Sorry." I try walking away again. "Can I join?" I roll my eyes. "Girls day. Sorry." I walk away smirking. 4th Period was just me Nessa and Avani. We all sat at a table. "I saw you and Jaden in the hallway. Your doing great." Nessa says. "Im not letting him get to me. Im not easy. He has to earn it." I look up to see the girls smiling. We get through class each talking about our crushes. Unlike nessa, we are single. Shes with Josh. 5th Period is all of us. We get into art and we all sit together. "Hey kio." I say smiling. I sit next to him and flirt a little. Jaden eyes me and i smirk. Jaden pulls Kio away from me and sits next to me. His beautiful blue eyes trace every feature on my face. He studies me as i study him. He clenches his jaw when we make eye contact. We just sit there in silence for a little bit. "Um guys." We both snap out of it. His eyes are a perfect shade of blue, his hair drapes over his forehead perfectly. He's perfect. 6th Period comes and goes quickly. I walk to gym and change into my black crop top and black nike spandex shorts. I put my hair in a bun. Us girls walk out and sit next to the boys. Jaden is in a tee shirt and joggers. Alex sits next to Jaden and glares at me. We all start to play volleyball. Our teams are split up. Jaden and Alex are on one side. She's touching all over him and its pissing me off. I grab the ball and hit it straight at her. It hits her dead in the face and she starts screaming. "You bitch." She tries to swing and me but i grab her hand throwing her to the floor. They gym teacher split us up. "What happened?" I look at him innocently. "I accidentally hit her with the ball. She called me a bitch and tried to hit me. I was just defending myself." I lie. He nods. We finish the game and I change back into my clothes. Alex comes up to me. "Hold on, bitch i can fight in heels too back the hell up." She huffs and walks away. I turn around to see Jaden. "Hey." I say. "Sorry." I add. "For what? That was great." He says. I walk away smiling. I head over to my house. Today was great....
