The Court is in session.

Tori sat on the large sofa, within Raihan's apartment. Her leg bouncing on the spot, in anticipation and her body tense leaning against the arm rest, elbow propped up as her head rest against it.

Tori had not been paying attention to the time, as every minuet felt like an hour to her, waiting for the dreaded information about when the date would be for the hearing. 

Her rare coloured Sylveon curled up to her side, a ribbon feeler wrapped around her wrist in comfort. Watching her trainer in concern.

Staring off at a single spot on the wall, her mind going into over drive. Her father was due to appear in court, finally being brought to justice for everything he had done.

Raihan had left that morning, to battle gym challengers although he was reluctant to leave. Tori could hear his word's in her head saying that everything will be ok.

Tori wanted to believe those words so badly, but a part of her had doubts, that something or a certain situation would come back to haunt her. Something that she not once mentioned to the others.

A knock at the door nearly sent her a mile in the air, snapping her out of her staring. Looking at the door quickly, she glanced at the clock in the kitchen.

14:00pm.

'When did it get so late!' Thinking to herself and walking over the door, Sylveon walking near by. Tori looked through the peep hole, seeing Sonia.

Opening the door and allowing her friend to enter inside.

"Hey Sonia, sorry I know I was meant to meet you at the café, I lost track of time" Tori said sincerely, rubbing the back of her head.

"It's ok I understand you have a lot on your mind right now, I texted Raihan he said you where here. So I thought I'd come by" smiling at Tori, in a way of saying I am here for you. Sonia moved closer and hugged Tori.

"Thank you" as Tori returned the hug, separating from each other they moved to the lounge.

Sylveon had jumped up on the sofa, settling next to Tori's side once more. Tori gently rubbing her hand over her back, stroking her fur.

"How have you been doing?" Sonia asked as she removed her coat and sat in the arm chair near by, crossing her legs and rested her arms on her knee's.

"At the moment a nervous wreck, the court date is said to announced any day now. I'm super nervous and terrified about that too" Tori said looking down at the now sleeping pokemon next to her.

Smiling softly as she stroked her, looking up at Sonia who looked concerned. "I know, Leon mentioned about it. The camera footage from Kabu including the footage from the battle tower provide plenty of proof" twirling a lock of her orange hair as she spoke.

Memories of that day came back to her.

Flashback.

Mitch had been arrested and escorted from the premise, by the chairman and Leon.

Kabu had gone downstairs to gather the camera footage, prior to the request of the chairman.

Raihan had gone with Tori, on the back of Rayquaza returning to Hammerlocke.

Landing on the roof of the stadium, Tori and Raihan dismounted Rayquaza. The legendary pokemon leaned down the Tori's height affectionately placing it's large head against her, his version of a hug.
