We started to work again. “ we should get to bed” said dawn while yawning “ yeah we should it’s 1:00 o’clock” replied Lyric also yawning. After they went to sleep the portal started to flicker on and off and opened for a slight second and someone walked out of the portal, left something and found a place to hide in dawn and Lyric’s apartment. In the morning when we woke up we ate cereal and headed to the lab Lyric asked “ should we take a break from the portal we have been working on it since before the science fair” Dawn replied “ we should work on it a little more so we can figure out what we're missing” “ ok fine Iguess” said Lyric. When they opened the door to the lab they noticed that there was something there that they had never seen before and along with that the portal was making a humming sound. We went right to work to try and figure out what the object was Dawn asked “ what so you think this could be and do you think it could be the key to the portal since it’s humming” Lyric replied “ I don’t know what it could be but I also think it could be the key to the portal”.
