The mayor looked like he had just been blown by the wind, his hair and suite looked very messy, plus his eyes looked exhausted. He stumbled a little bit as he puts on his glasses, since his vision is so poor.
When he looked up, he was nearly startled by a someone who was standing there the whole time:
Sorceress.
She slightly smiled while staring at him with a normal gaze, she walked forward and past the mayor, as he nervously watched her move. She stood at the same place she started before the whole performances took place.
Sorceress then extended her arms to the sides, her long black hair touched her waist as she bowed down. Like a ballerina who finished her famous dance to an audience. Some of the adults and the children silently clapped in enjoyment. When she raised back up, the mayor was looking at her very angrily. Sorceress crossed her arms across her chest.
"So, you still want me to go?", she asked.
The children shook their heads no, "Yes, YES!", the mayor chimed in. The children still shake their heads no, begging her to stay.
But Sorceress shrugged, "Fine then. I'll leave.".
She looked at the crowd as if they had anything to say one last time, before stepping back a few feet away from the group. She closes her eyes and takes a deep breath in, as if she is casting a spell on herself, relaxing her body and mind. Just then, golden particles from her hands started to appear, as if something was broken.
She falls to her knees and lets the golden particles fly out from her body.
Within a few minutes, Sorceress disappeared, leaving nothing behind.
The Ballroom becomes silent, the mayor took some deep breathes and the children started tearing up.Sorceress was the children's joy and happiness, but with her now gone, it feels different.
"Good riddance. Lets go,", the mayor said and turned around towards the door.
The townsfolk hesitate, they don't want to leave. The performances were amazing and Sorceress was a sweetheart.
"Lets go.", the mayor called back to the crowd.
Still they look back at the spot where Sorceress disappeared, silently wishing that she would come back.
"LETS GO!", the mayor said with a very strict tone.
He walks faster towards the door, mumbling to himself for the victory he just made. But as soon as he opened the door, Anti was there. His back was faced towards him, but his glitches were wild.
He turned around to face the mayor, his right green eye glowed with anger.
"Y̾̈̏͠Õ͘U͌̊ ŤH̒I͝N̔K̃ Y̎Õ̓̏̊̚U C̛̈́̊͞O͊͞U̓L̕D̛ Ė̓̕͝S̛͑͊̾C̋Ä̾̌PE͗ M͌͑̓̎E͂̉̄!?", he asked with his demonic voice.
The mayor screamed in terror and began to take off running, causing the crowd to look at him with so much confusion. Their emotions soon changed when they heard glass shatter, noting that the mayor jumped through the window.
What just happened?
They all look back at the door, to see...
Sorceress!
She had her hand on the doorway and her legs crossed.
Everyone looked shocked to see her, physically there at the doorway. She walks up to them with a small giggle before sighing happily.
"Did I creep you out?", she asked with a grin
The adults sighed and nodded before talking over each other happily. Sorceress seem surprised, normally it was when the would still kick her out. The talking was still going, and they were all great reviews.
"But did we all have a good time here?", she asked.
There was an awkward silence.
"HELLO!?", Sorceress chimed up to break the silence, smiling at the same time.
The talking soon began again, all giving their opinions of her performance, while Sorceress smiled and giggled. While she was talking to the crowd something was creeping up behind her. The crowd saw it and froze in fear.
"What? What's wrong?", Sorceress asked, before her smile dropped.
A women gulped and pointed behind her, scared she would make a noise to disturb the shadow.
Breathing heavily, Sorceress turned around slowly to see her own skull mask and her black cloak hoodie. She screamed in surprise before seeing the mask drop down to see one of the children.
"Did I scare you?", he asked.
Sorceress held her heart and sighed in relief, "No", she said. "Well, a little bit. How 'bout that? A little bit." she asked.
The two kids smiled in satisfaction as Sorceress laughed and helped the younger boy down.
She then turns towards the crowd, "My guests, I thank you for your time to see this performance. You all have my permission to leave.", she said.
She bows down in respect.
All the townsfolk began to leave, until one of the small children stopped to talk to Sorceress, "Will you really leave?", the child asked.
Sorceress smiled, "Of course not. A sorceress never leaves her guests.", she said.
The children smiled as they joined their parents, and headed back home.
