Ultimate: Former Heir\Ultimate Despair
Brought people to despair by telling closed off information to the public and bring countries to war.
Name: Kiyotaka Ishimaru
Ultimate: Former Ultimate Moral Compass\Ultimate Despair
Helped build the Monokumas. Leads the despairlings(I'm calling the people in despair despairlings ok) to battle against the Future Foundation.
Name: Mondo Oowada
Ultimate: Former Ultimate Biker Gang Leader\Ultimate Despair
Normally helps Ishimaru to lead the despairlings to battle.
Name: Sakura Oogami

When she wins a gambling she makes the losers her servants, and lives in a palace.

Is Celestia's most loyal servant.
Name: Sayaka Maizono

Sings/dances to despairful songs. Works with Leon. Killed her dance group.

Works as Sayaka's bodyguard. Sometimes plays the guitar on stage with Sayaka.
