Positions and Responsibilities

DAZZLE AMBASSADORS

•Responsible for scouting members.
•Spreads awareness of the community.
•Promotion of events and activities to wattpad users and members.

DAZZLE AWARDS MANAGERS

•Help run the awards
•Come up with awards categories and prices
•Create Awards books
•Choose awards judges
•Make awards announcements
•Anounce Winners with the help of the team and community
•Spread joy and positivity through interesting awards
•Make big decisions about the awards

DAZZLE DESIGNERS

•Creates graphics for the community.
•Available to create & assist with graphics for members and users.
•Help in Judging Graphic Contests
•Design Social Media posters for the ongoing event.

•First Priority on becoming a designer for our graphic shop.

DAZZLE MENTORS

•Responsible for being advisors to members and users.
•Helping hand/advisors/ listeners for everyone whether with books or emotionally.
•Helps with discord servers, group chats and talks

DAZZLE CO-ORDINATORS

•Responsible for the organisation of events.
•Co-ordinator ideas for exciting contests and activities from members of the community.
•Creates timelines for events and contests
•Follows up on judges results during ongoing awards
•Interveiw Dazzle Winners for the Honours Book

DAZZLE EDITOR

•Your responsibility is to assist members or users with their books. Edit their grammar, spelling, punctuation, conjunctions etc.
•Help rectify mistakes or fix plot holes in stories.

•Interveiw Dazzle Winners for the Honours Book

DAZZLE MEDIA RELATIONS

•Access to social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
•Spread announcements and updates on official accounts.
•Posts on social media.
•Interveiws winners for our honours book
•Handles other media-related tasks

DAZZLE PERMANENT JUDGES

•Judges Ongoing awards
•Free pass on the judge requirements in ongoing contests
•Gets to help make the big tough decisions of overall winners.
•Should be able to send in results on time

DAZZLE REVIEWERS

•Read and review books in our review shop
•Give honest constructive feedback for each and every book you review.
•You have the right to accept or reject a book
•You can choose your own payment

DAZZLE MEMBERS

•A community needs interactive personnel who do not hold power.
•Expected to participate as much as possible.
•Promote works on their personal profiles.
•Be dedicated to the betterment of the community.
