Closure to the past

Kartik took utmost care of naira .Even Naira was alright but she was change .She was quiet.She didnt smile.She didnt eat properly .Kartik tried all ways to get naira out of the "phase "as called by liza .But still no success.

As for Naira ,those words of dadi haunt her "is she responsible for her child death ""is she really unlucky for those who love her"Till now she has put all blame on kartik but  ""is it her fault"one thing was sure she has indeed became alcoholic .She needed to pass out to stop thinking but kartik was on constant watch on her.

Kartik was staring at naira when they were taking a walk on beach "you know naira lets get out .lets go somewhere "

Naira look at kartik it was blank look.She nodded negatively and started walking ahead .

Kartik sigh and said "ok then lets go to a party liza and aditi are in town .We have to meet aditis parents as well "

Naira didnt look at him or stop to hear what he was saying.Her full concentration was on a group of friends  who had alcohol cans with them.She stare at kartik who was trying to make her smile and talk with her .

"Kartik can you please get me some water "kartik look at naira "ok but stay here ok dont go anywhere "naira nodded with a smile.Kartik smile back and ran towards the road .After kartik went to get water.Naira ran towards the friends.they were leaving ."hey you wait .Do you have one more bottle or anything "They smile "no sorry we had come with limited stock".One guy came close to naira "hey why dont you come with me i will give you what you want "

Naira look at him her heart and mind both was telling her to punch but she has not energy left in her .She turn quietly and started going away from there .SHe heard them laughing at her as they went .She look around and found a dustbin .She needed to drink something .She went there andstarted searching botlles to find anything remaining .She had tears in her eyes .Her hands was shaking .

Suddenly there was a bottle of water in front of her face .She turn to see the face of the person who was holding the bottle .His face show all the emotions fear anger sadness but important love..He threw the bottle which she was holding and wash her hands with water  which he bought .

"lets go naira its getting dark"kartik said holding her hand .

Naira stop "i cant kartik i need it .I cant stay away from it "

kartik"why you need it naira .I am there for you .Talk with me baby .Tell me please"

Naira-"i i "

kartik-"i was not there with you and you wanted  to destroy me so  you were drinking it but now i am there with you naira i want to live my life with you .Why it is so difficult "

naira-"Mujhe adat ho gayi hai kartik"

kartik"tumhe adat meri hai naira .daru ki noi .Mujhe batao jaan kya hua hai please"

naira"noi kuch noi chalo "she started walking 

kartik "thik hai noi batana na thik hai par main tumhe marte hue noi dekh sakta naira .He shouted "main khud mar jaunga usse pehle "making her stop 

She turn to look at him .He was going towards water."i want to live with you and i am not going to watch you die because i love you "

She fear that kartik was going to again try to kill himself"No NO kartik.She ran towards him and hug him 

"please dont i dont want to loose you "naira cried 

kartik hug her "talk to me please "

Naira told him that night incident "i killed our baby "she concluded .

kartik was shock angry upon hearing his family cheapness .He hug her "no baby you didnt kill our baby"

He sat on the sand and craddle her "look at me , you didnt kill our baby .It was the accident ,both of times it was accident and yes papa missed you till his last breath but he was not upset with you ,he loved you naira .and i love you too .Your brother calls me everyday to enquire about you ,your bhabhi ask for forgiveness from you everytime she calls me ,your dadis and nanis want to hug you and bless you and pamper you and i am so much in love with you much more than before .You were right leaving me i judge our love .we both were wrong i should not have ask you that question and you shouldnt have left me instead would have slap me kick me "kartik said .he kiss her head."pleae dont drink alcohol .Think like this that your one sip is taking one breath away from your kartik"

Naira look up and said "sorry i dont know whose fault was it and i blame you me and"

Kartik shook his head "its was not one fault but circumstances"he took a deep breath ,he has to do it .

"Naira I miss our babies but they are at a good place .you have to let that go  "he said in sad voice .naira look at him and "kartikkkkk mera bachaaaaaa,maine dubara kho diya "naira cried and cried .Kartik too cried with her .After some time naira look up to see kartik ,she wipe her tears and his tears ."I am sorry for my behaviour .I promise i will not  not drink again .I want to live with you kartik "

Kartik smile and kiss her head "Yes we will again start our new life and i promise you naira you will be alright "
