"HEY! ARE YOU SERIOUS!?! THIS IS THE NINTH TIME THIS WEEK, YOU RAT!" Jisung giggles as he hears the fruit booth owner yell. Jisung enjoys stealing from people in the village. No, he's not a thief, he's doing it for his own survival. Sometimes it just becomes a habit. He takes a bite into the strawberry, strawberry's are his favorite fruits, it hit the right spot in his stomach, he hasn't eaten for a few days, so this was real nice.
"JESUS!" Jisung jumped as the sound of horns filled the village, once his racing heart calmed
down, he rolled his eyes. "Fucking royals.." jisung ate the rest of his strawberry as he walked back to his "house". It wasn't something he really considered a home honestly, it was gross and very uncomfortable. But it's the best he's got as of now. He tried to distract himself from the loud cheers and clapping happening around the block. He found a tin can lying around and decided to just throw that up in the air until he was bored. Jisung heard as the king began making an announcement. Jisung tuned everything out, jisung completely despises the royals. You're probably wondering why.
They have everything.
It's stupid really, the village they are supposed to be taking care of has so many people like me, yet they don't give a damn. They don't even care. Jisung grew up in this village on his own. The royals give zero shits about their village. When jisung was around 5, the kings carriage nearly crushed him to death. The king watched it almost happen, he didn't do anything but eye him in in disgust. Is that how you treat you're village? I don't think so. Jisung sighed as the tin can fell on his chest. Jisung listened as his stomach growled. He patted his stomach, feeling his boney ribs.
"You'll eat tomorrow, be thankful for what you got today." His stomach growled louder as jisung pouted.
"This is stupid, I'll just take a nap." Jisung tried getting comfortable, tried. Didn't really work but this was the best he was gonna get. Jisung eventually drifted of to sleep, even with the loud cheering in the background.
