The New School

Lily thanked the driver and got of the bus. She looked at the school and thought it looked amazing. Lily's first class was computing luckily caitlin is in all of her classes and so is Gus.

Lily walked into her class and was introduced to the teacher. Her teacher was called Mrs Cuthbertson. As they were on the computers Caitlin whispered something to Lily.

"Don't you think Mrs Cuthbertson looks a bit like a dinosaur" Caitlin whispered.

"I guess" Lily whispered back.

The bell rang and it was time for science.

"Thats us out of the prehistoric ages" Caitlin said to Lily.

Lily's next three classes were pretty boring virtually the same things happened in all three. Lily met her teacher, she sat and did her work and sat next to Caitlin.

Lunchtime couldn't come quick enough for Lily. She couldn't wait to go home to her gran.

That's when she remembered, she couldn't go home to her gran at lunch anymore. Lily began to cry so caitlin and everyone comforted her. Then they all went up to the high street. Lily had never been to a high street at lunch before.

Lily had some chips from the chip shop while Caitlin had a smoke Sausage supper, abbey had a sausage supper and Eliza had a fish supper. Gus ended up going away with some of his friends.

It was ten minutes to the bell so the group of friends walked back to school for English and maths.

In English they were learning about synonyms and in maths they were doing distance, speed and time graphs.

The rang and it was finally the end of the day. Lily has survived her first day of a new school. When Lily got home she ran to her room and began to cry again.
