I stared at caitlin as she jumped up and down. What was she doing? She stared at me. Oops. I must have said that out loud. "Well...fangirling? We're getting adopted by THE ONE AND only ldshadowlady and smallishbeans!"
Abbey and I stared in confusion.
Caitlin was the first to finish packing. Then Abbey. They both ran down the stairs. I just waited. I looked at the photo of my gran. "I love you..." I whispered, before putting it into my suitcase and going downstairs. Caitlin was still really excited. I didn't understand... who were ldshadowlady and smallishbeans?
Caitlin was always nervous talking to adults... I could tell she was going to enjoy this adoption. Abbey was standing against the wall, waiting for me to come down..
"Hey" she said. "Hi."
"Do you have any idea why Caitlin is soooooo excited?" She asked me.
I shook my head. Then Joel brought us out to the car. As we approached the house, Abbey, Caitlin and I gasped. It was huge! We were brought into the house and lizzie said "Here, I'll take you to your rooms.
