These past few days -well nights- have been quite weird. Every time the pink queen wanted to go to sleep, she just wasn't able to. No, it wasn't like she didn't want to sleep, her body was the one saying ' Nope! ' And when she finally managed to sleep, she only slept an hour or even less than that. She is really getting tired of that insomnia.

The pink queen slipped into her PJ's and laid down on her bed.
" Come on, just try to sleep tonight..."
She whined in frustration.
But as time went by, she knew that she wasn't going to sleep tonight either.
" ugh.."
She wasn't usually the one to be grumpy, but she just couldn't take it anymore.
She looked up at the clock on the wall.
2:00 am
She sighed.
She shifted to different positions, but it was worthless.
2:55 am
She sat up in her bed.
She wanted to go somewhere, but she didn't want to wake anyone.
She scrapbooked a little. Maybe it would help...
Once she was done, she still didn't feel tired.
She gave up.
She quickly put on a dress and went outside.
She decided to take a stroll. Yeah, it was in the middle of the night but there would one would be awake so there would be no one to find it weird right?
She looked up at the sky. It was full of stars. Their shining almost reminded Poppy of glitter. She giggled lightly.
The moon looked weirdly at her, questioning why she was up this late.
She rolled her eyes bot wanting to say anything. First off, this is the moon. Why would you talk with it second, if someone was to be awake, they would hear it.
She smiled and nodded instead.
Why wasn't she able to sleep?
She didn't have a clue.
What could she do about it?
She had tried everything, but it didn't seem to work.

She came to an abrupt stop when she suddenly bumped into something - or rather, someone.
A bunch of sticks fell to the ground.
" Hey! Watch wher- Poppy??"
Her eyes met with two very familiar ones.
Branch had fallen to the ground as a result of the sudden bump-in.
" Oh, Branch. I'm so sorry!"
She offered him a hand, which he happily took.
" what are you doing out here this late?"
They asked each other in unison.
Branch scratched the back of his neck awkwardly
" We have to get better at the timing.."
She giggled.
" No, I think we're pretty good at it."
He told her.
Poppy looked at the ground and noticed the fallen sticks and the blue male did as well.
