Chapter 6

When he came back from his match I congratulated him on his win. He just said a "Thanks", and left. A few minutes later he came back asking me about my match.

"All Might said that my quirk could be a little too powerful here so I'm supposed to sit this one out", I said. "I see", he replied. "But I don't know your quirk though." So then I began explaining my quirk to him.

The rest of the day went smoothly and there wasn't much to talk about.

When class ended I saw that Aizawa would be a little late so I decided to visit the city. I got on a subway train to see Bakugou on the train standing CALMLY. Yes, you read it right! Bakugou was CALM! UNBELIEVABLE!

I didn't really wanna disturb him because if I did, it would make my train ride a lot worse. I was wrapped up in my thoughts when I suddenly heard a familiar voice.

"OI! CAN'T I GO ANYWHERE WITHOUT HAVING YOU DAMN EXTRAS FOLLOWING ME?!?!", he screamed. "Calm down Bakugou, we're in public. And it's just a coincidence that we're on the same train", I replied. "Fine! But, I never saw you on the train before?", he asked. "Well, Its because my guardian is a little busy and will be home late so I'm just going to the city to spend some time", I answered.

"Heh! You were probably so bad that your parents disowned you", he said with a smirk on his stupid hedgehog face.

That hit home! Just because it was partially true. I felt all my memories of my childhood coming back. But no! I'm not going to be shown up by this stupid porcupine boy who doesn't even know about my past!

C'mon Y/n say something snarky. Then it came to my head!

"You know, under normal circumstances, I'd roast you back but I'm told not to burn trash so....", my voice trailed off.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY!?!?!?!",

"Oh you heard me", I grinned. Thank goodness my stop came or he would have killed me. Not that I was scared of him I was just not in the mood to fight. I came to a little Ice cream parlor and stopped by have a little treat. The place was really beautiful and I used to come here with my mother often. It was always decorated with flowers and plants. I took an Ice cream and sat down to have it in peace. A few minutes later I saw a similar peppermint boy sitting beside me.

"So you come here too?", he asked.

"Yeah, I have had nice memories here", I replied.

I had most of my birthdays here as a kid and this was the place my mom and I used to come to escape from my father. So this was always a happy and cozy little place for me.

We both finished our Ice creams and chatted on the way home. It felt a lot better to be talking to him than giving each other passive-aggressive glares. And with that, I fell asleep.
