Chapter One: Bad Meeting

LISA's POV

I run quickly to my part time job after I closed my door. "I'm here!" I yelled and fix myself. "Time for your shift! And I'm going home. I really like you because you came early, for me to go home early too." Rachel said while untying the knot of her apron.

"You need help?" I asked and she finally gives up. "Why do you have so many part time jobs?" she asked while I'm trying to untie the knot.

"What should I do? Part time job is my source of money here in Korea. I can't just rely on my parents for money since they need it too." I successfully untie her apron and gave it to her.

"By the way, why are you here in Korea?" she asked again while she is fixing her things. I grab my apron and wear it. I tie my hair to wear the cap.

"Scholarship." I simply replied and I start to work. I'm working in a coffee shop as a waitress. I'm also working as a tutor and assistant in some restaurants or offices.

"I'm going!" Rachel exclaimed as we waved goodbye to each other. "Lisa!" I heard someone yelled and I quickly turn around. I saw Rosè on the counter.

"What do you want?" I asked lazily and I saw her pouted. "There is classes tomorrow and it's getting late! Just ditch this part time job and let's go buy for school!" my eyes widen and I look at the clock, she's right.

"Shit!" I cursed under my breath and leave her there. "Oppa, can you please cover my shift? The classes are starting tomorrow and I don't have any school supplies. Please? I promise I will cover your shift some other time!" I don't care if I sound desperate but I need to.

"Ok, I'll take care of it." he replied and I jump up because of that. "Thank you oppa! I owe you one!" I take off my apron and cap before I grab my bag.

"Let's go?" I asked to Rosè and she is looking at me with judgement. "What?" I asked again as I look at myself. "Let's go, just fixed yourself unless you want to be scolded by unnies." she replied and we both walked in to her car.

We arrived at the mall and we saw our unnies waiting for us at the entrance. They waved their hands and we did the same too.

"You just came from part time job, did you?" Jennie unnie asked with her eyebrow raised. "Of course, why not?" I answered back and we just go in to the mall.

I just picked the cheap ones because I need to save money. "Don't pick that." Jisoo unnie demanded when I was just about to grab the plain notebook. "Pick whatever you want, don't save yourself. My treat" she added and I was about to insist when she gave me a glare.

They start to pick their bags and I just watched them. "You're not going to buy?" Rosè asked and I shooked my head. "My school bag was still fine." I replied and Jennie unnie rolled her eyes.
