Chapter Twenty Two: Mrs. Jeon

THIRD PERSON's POV

Jungkook is currently living in Lisa's house because of what happened. They arrived at the school and Jungkook has to be separated from them because he need to take the exams.

"Lisa! Let's go!" Jisoo said as they are going for a break. They are walking down the hallway when a woman appeared infront of them.

"Mrs. Jeon?" Taehyung stated and somehow, Lisa felt nervous. "I want to talk to Lisa, alone" Jungkook's mother demanded but Jennie shooked her head confidently.

"You can talk to her right infront of us Mrs. Jeon. The owner of Jeon clothing brands" Jennie replied and she intentionally mention their business to remind her that she has a reputation to protect.

"Come over here little girl" Mrs. Jeon stated and signalled Lisa to walk closer to her. "Don't" Rosè whispered and she just smiled at her reassuringly.

Lisa walk closer to her and her eyes widen when Mrs. Jeon slapped her face and pull her hair. "MRS. JEON!! YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" the others exclaimed while they try to pull them away.

Lisa can't do anything but to begged her to stop. "WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY SON!! YOU LITTLE PIECE OF TRASH!! I SAID STAY AWAY FROM MY PRECIOUS SON!!" the students starts to gather up and taking videos and photos.

"MOM!" they heard someone shouted and Mrs. Jeon stopped. Lisa was chasing her breath and her hair is a mess. Her unnies are supporting her to stand up.

Her arms have bruises as well as her face. Jungkook quickly run towards them and looked at Lisa if she's fine. But he can't see Lisa's face because of her hair.

"Mom?! How many times do I have to tell you to leave her alone?! Do you think I will comeback to you if you keep doing this?! Well you're wrong mom! You're just keep separating me from you! I don't know you anymore" Jungkook said and her mother realized what she has done.

"I-I didn't mean it" his mom stutterly mumbled while her hands are shaking. "Let's go" Mrs. Jeon stated and walk away with her guards.

"DON'T YOU DARE POST ANYTHING!" Jungkook shouted from the crowd that quickly hide there phones. "LISA!" the girls exclaimed when Lisa faint.

Jungkook fix her hair that is blocking on her face and try to wake her up. "Lisa? Do you hear me?" he asked while tapping her face but Lisa didn't respond so he quickly carry her into a bridal style and get inside his car.

LISA's POV

I was greeted by a dim light and a white ceiling. I also heard some monitor that was echoing to the whole room. I look on my hand when I felt someone is holding it.

I saw Jungkook who is sleeping beside me while holding my hand. I move my hand that causes him to wake up. Our eyes met and he quickly stand up and hug me.

I just smiled and hug him back. "I'm sorry" I heard him mumbled and I just pat his back. "It's fine" I whispered back that makes him pull away.

"No it's not fine" he replied and I just smiled widely. "Why are you so kind?" I heard him whispered and I hold his hand to make him sit down beside me.

"My mother always tell me just stay kind, committed to love and free in your authenticity. No matter what they do or what they say, I should not doubt my worth. Let them mistreat me, judge me and misunderstand me. Because I know to myself what I'm truly am" I replied and he didn't respond but he just kissed my knuckles.

"But being honest with you, I'm hurt. Really hurt. Because it's your mother" I stated and tears are now shedding from my eyes. "I want to respect your mother. But, little by little fading. Sorry" I added and he rub my hand with his thumb.

"I am the one who should be sorry in behalf of my mother." Jungkook replied and I just nod. "Oh, are you awake?" someone said as the door opens.

"I'm still sleeping" I savagely replied and Rosè just pouted. "Stop being with Jennie!" Jisoo unnie exclaimed and I just chuckled.

"Are you ok?" Jennie unnie asked and I just nod and smiled reassuringly. Someone open the door again and I saw a man with black suit.

"Who are you?" Jimin oppa asked and the man bowed at us. "Mrs. Jeon asked me to come in here and send you this" he handed an envelope to me and I open it.

It's money. I chuckled bitterly and put the money back. "Just say thank you but no thanks. I have a dignity in myself and I'm not that low kind of person. She can mistreat me but she can't step on my dignity of being a person." I stated and handed back the money.

He bowed again and walk away. "Burn" they mumbled and I just sighed. "Look at that? I raised her all this years!" Jisoo unnie exclaimed proudly.

"What do you mean you? I am the one who raised her" Jennie unnie cut in and we just laughed at them, fighting who raised me. "It's my mom who raised me so stop fighting" I stated and they shut their mouths.

We got home from the hospital and Jungkook is guiding like I came into a huge accident. "Jungkook! I can walk properly!" I stated as he was escorting me like some kind of old woman.

"I'm not old Kookie" I added as I chuckled at him. I punch the code and we get in to my house. I sat down on my bed while Jungkook is looking at me worriedly.

"What if you talk to your mother properly?" I suggested and he just sighed. "I don't know if I can talk to her calmly" he mumbled and I slapped his back.

"Aigoo! She's still your mother" I replied while he is rubbing his back. "Sorry" I added and caress his back. "Ok, I'll try" he answered and I just nod.
