Chapter Twenty Nine: Innocent

THIRD PERSON's POV

Lisa's friends arrived at the court even Mrs. Jeon. Nancy and her lawyer are talking at the corner while Lisa's lawyer is busy with the papers.

Jungkook didn't know what's happening that's why he's not in the court room. There are so many cameras around for the news and all of them are getting ready with their laptop.

Lisa came in to the room and all of the cameras flashed.

On the other hand...

Jungkook is now thinking how to apologize to Lisa of what he had done to her yesterday. He was walking front and back and didn't know how.

He just sat down on the couch and turn on the TV. His eyes widen when he saw Lisa wearing a suit for prisoners. "What is she doing there?" he asked to himself and the hearing was now starting.

Jungkook turned off the TV and quickly grab his jacket to go to them.

It's now Lisa's turn to answer the questions and she doesn't feel nervous or anything. Why would she be? As long as she knows to herself that she doesn't do anything wrong.

"Before that incident, did you have a fight with Jungkook?" Nancy's lawyer asked. "Just a misunderstanding" she answered. "Why did you fly back to Thailand after that incident?" the lawyer asked again and Lisa sighed.

"I have been with my friends all day long before my flight. I came back because I'm just a teenage girl who moved far away from my parents to pursue my studies here in Korea. I just missed my parents, that's all" Lisa answered and the lawyer was now finished.

It's time for Nancy...

"I just want to remind you Ms. Nancy that you will say the truth and nothing but the truth or you will be imprisoned for a lifetime" Lisa's lawyer said and that makes Nancy gulped secretly.

"Objection your honor! She's scaring my client!" Nancy's lawyer object. The judge just raised his palm to make her stop. "Continue." the judge stated and Lisa's lawyer starts to questioned her.

"How do you make sure Lisa was the one behind this?" Lisa's lawyer asked. She answered the same lies as before. "Because Lisa was inlove with Jungkook but he doesn't feel likewise cause he's inlove with me! Anyone can do anything becaus of love!" Nancy answered and Lisa was shocked because of her answers.

That was all lies! - She thought.

"Then what can you say about this photos?" Lisa's lawyer flashed a photo of Lisa and Jungkook being happy together. "Lisa threatened me to stay away from Jungkook and let them be happy. That's why I let go" Nancy answered and Lisa can't believe that she was lying.
