I remember the kisses and hugs we share.
The laughter and happiness we had.
The pains and sorrows we faced.
The promises and plans we made.
I remember the feeling of being loved and to love,
The feeling when your hand touches my face,
The feeling when your lips are locked into mine,
The feeling of happiness when you’re around.
If tears could make a way,
If sadness could make a change,
I’ll cry until there’s no more tears to shed,
If that’s the only way to have you here by my side.
Maybe this is our fate,
Maybe there’s a reason why you have to go away,
Maybe we could not see each other for a long time,
But maybe, just maybe, we could see and be with each other again, not for just a long time but for eternal life.
I wish I may,
I wish I might,
Have you back,
And do what we have not done.
Wouldn’t it be perfect?
If we could make our plans become real,
If we could make our dreams come true,
If we grow old together,
And continue to build dreams, plans, and wishes?
What an irony,
The moments we had now became a memory,
The happiness we shared now gets sad and it breaks my heart into pieces,
The love, life goes to death.
I think this is end,
The end of my poem,
But my love for you will never have the end,
Because I believe we deserve a happy ending,
This is not a good bye,
It’s just till’ we meet again,
This is not the very end,
Cause’ there’s life waiting until we see each other again,
In another life,
In another place,
In heaven,
In there, we’ll continue live.
A new life,
A new chapter,
A new beginning,
A new promises and plans.
I’ll wait until that day comes,
Wait for me too,
Cause there’s no such thing than to be with you,
And to be with God and his place where eternal life awaits.
