'Jung Hoseok,' I kept repeating his name repeatedly in my head for no absolute reason. It has been days ever since I last saw that video of him hypnotizing a man, but I still wasn't capable of forgetting about it. It was what kept me busy these days. During night times, I'd sit on my laptop for hours, researching his technique, but, unfortunately, I was never capable of finding anything of the sort. Even the most successful and knowledgable psychologists couldn't explain how he managed to do it. He basically stirred up the whole psychology community, not also to mention the internet.

I tried searching for more videos of him, but I found none. He only had one sole video and it hit a million views in just a couple of hours.

I was really impressed by him. His aura was definitely not one you would like to be surrounded with, but his talent was something I'd kill for. And, to be honest, I wasn't a fan of his; I was a fan of his skill, so I kept on rewatching the video repeatedly, searching for clues in every move of his. However, I didn't notice anything suspicious going on. All he did was stare into that person's soul for a couple of seconds and smile. At first, the man seemed a bit scared, and I got notice how his legs were trembling slightly, but then after seeing the smile, he immediately fell into a trance. Without much details, I'd say that Hoseok managed to take full control of that person's mind and body by just smiling at him and it all felt surreal.

There were a couple of things I noticed in his video though. The moment he starts staring at the person, his head tilts slightly to the right, and his eyes are focused into that other person's eyes, deeply. He doesn't even blink once. After that, his mouth starts forming into a very freaky but attractive smile extremely slowly and you immediately find that other person smiling along. Once the smile is seen on that other person's face, you know that he is doomed, mainly because his whole life now depends on whatever comes out of Hoseok's mouth. I kept those details in mind in case they were related with the efficiency of the technique, and decided to research the psychology behind his moves.

I started by researching the psychology behind a smile, in case if their was a new psychological research that I didn't get my hands on, but they all listed things I already knew a smile could do. No psychology website mentioned anything about a smile taking people into trances, so I decided to research his stare. All of the researches spoke about the well known facts about staring, and I didn't get out of this with something new, so to me, it was one of the two: either Hoseok works with demons, or the man was simply acting.

I took this case with me to my clinic every day. As some people may or may not know, hypnosis is normally used in cases of therapy, and is performed by licensed psychologists. I have performed it on only a couple of my patients, but it was the traditional, scientific way. Other than that, my work was comprised of healing others mentally and observing their behaviours and methods of thinking to be able to fix their problems.

After observing Hoseok's video for nearly five days, I went to my clinic as determined as ever. I sat down in front of my desk and organized my papers. The first patient up was one of the cases that needed a hypnosis therapy, so he was a perfect option for me.
