The night sky had covered Salem Village at Roman and Sasha's wedding reception began to come to a close. Alexa had stepped outside of the castle to get some fresh air.
"You look like you cold use a dance." Mike said as he walked outside.
Alexa turned around as he walked up to her.
"Mike-." She began to say before he took her hands.
"Just dance with me." He told her.
Alexa looked into his eyes and took a deep breath before giving in. The music played inside as Mike carefully spun her around. She tried her best keep her eyes down. Mike just watched her for a moment with a glare in his eyes. She was beautiful, he knew that for sure. And she was small but also so fierce. For whatever reason he admired that. Something about her and who she was just made him feel good inside. He wanted to make her happy even though he didn't know why. And he wanted to protect her even though he didn't know what from. Alexa carefully looked up into Mike's eyes, making his heart warm.
"Please tell me I'm not the only one feeling this." Mike told her.
Alexa gave a worrisome look, not wanting to reveal her true feelings.
"You and Maryse looked amazing tonight. I think you've got a real chance at winning over the village." Alexa tried to chance the subject.
"Don't.. Don't do that." Mike warned her.
"I don't know what-." Alexa began to say.
"Yes you do. You know exactly what you're doing. You're trying to change the subject." Mike said..
Alexa froze for a moment, hating that Mike saw through her.
"I have to go." ALexa said before walking around Mike.
Just before she could walk away Mike grabbed her hand and pulled her back to him forcefully. He looked into her eyes with desperation before kissing her slowly on the lips. In that moment, the entire world stopped. Alexa's heart began racing in her chest as they shared a deep and passionate kiss under the moonlight. They looked into each other's eyes again as their lips parted. Mike eyes pleaded with her fearfulness. She took a step back before hurrying back into the castle, leaving Mike alone with his thoughts.
As guests continued to leaved the nights ceremony, Marion walked upstairs to find Sophia in her chambers.
"Here, you look like you need this." Marion said as she handed Sophia a bottle of wine.
"Are you drunk" Sophia asked as Marion sat down on the bed next to her.
"Come on.. I saw you sipping drinks all night.
Sophia let out a small laugh and took a drink out of the bottle. Marion watched her lips for a moment.
"You know it's been more than a decade since I've seen you happy?" Marion told her.
Sophia wiped her lips and looked at Marion in confusion.
"You remember the ball The Administration had for Lucas' seventeenth birthday?" MArion asked.
Sophia laughed to herself for a moment.
"Yes and all the guys were drooling over Isabelle." Sophia added.
"Mhm.. But I was drooling over you." Marion told her.
The smile faded from Sophia's face.
"Marion.." Sophia said with caution.
"Come on.. Tell me you don't remember that night? You and me-." MArion began to say.
