"Finn, would you please just talk to me?" Becky asked as he poured himself a glass of scotch.
"There's nothing to say. Just leave me alone." Finn told her.
Becky watched Finn for a moment as he took a drink. She walked back into her room and shut the door. Becky crawled out her window and made her way to the woods. The sun was beginning to set and she knew she shouldn't be out but something about the note she received earlier that day peaked her interest.
At Roman's parents cottage, he and Sasha had began making dinner while his parents were out. They were attempting to replicate his mother's infamous beef stew recipe.
"This smells amazing." Sasha said as she stirred the stew in the pot.
Roman walked up behind her and placed his hands on her waist. Sasha smiled to herself as Roman began kissing the back of her neck. She let out a playful laugh before turning around to face him.
"You so look beautiful right now." Roman told her.
Sasha looked up into his eyes as she began to blush.
"You keep looking at me like that.." Sasha told him.
"Like what?" Roman asked.
"I don't know.. there's just something about that look in your eye.. it makes me feel.. special." Sasha told him.
Roman let out a smile.
"I've never looked at anyone the way I look at you, Sash." Roman told her.
Sasha began to blush again as her heart raced inside her chest. Roman leaned down and kissed her slowly. The touch of his lips made Sasha feel something she had never felt before. She gradually put her arms around his neck and brought herself to her tippy toes. Sasha laughed happily as she and Roman continued to kiss.
On the other side of the village Becky approached the Elder's village. A man by the name of Damien Priest was standing guard outside.
"Name?" He asked.
"Rebecca Lynch." She told him.
Damien stepped out of the way, allowing her to let herself inside. Several people were already gathered in the living area surrounding the fireplace.
"Thank you all for joining us here tonight. For those of you that haven't been with us before we are known as The Resistance." Maya LaShawn announced to the small crowd.
Becky glanced over and saw Alexa standing in the back. On the other side of the crowd was Lilly and James Reigns. Next to Maya was her father, Teddy Long, a very well known activist in the village. It was clear that his age was catching up with him but he was properly grooming his daughter to take his place with the Elders.
"Everyone in this room has known and experienced the injustices of The Administration!" Maya continued on.
Becky tried her best to hide in the back.
"For too long we have kept our mouths shut! For too long we have blindly obeyed the governing of his village! But now is the time for us to stand up and resist!" Maya hyped up everyone.
"Yeah!" A few people shouted back.
Becky walked over to Alexa as the crowd disbursed and began chatting amongst themselves.
"I see you got my note." Alexa said.
Becky looked at her in confusion for a moment.
"You?" Becky asked.
Alexa let out a half smile as Maya approached them.
"Rebecca Lynch, it's an honor to have you with us tonight." Maya said.
