"Check out my new diamond bracelet. My husband bought me this yesterday specially for this occasion!" One of my moms friend bragged, showing off her diamonds.

I was already regretting my decision of agreeing to my mother for joining her in this gathering, it literally sucked. I wish she wouldn't have dragged me here. But unfortunately I was just stuck here among these woman.

"Y/n why don't you help yourself to the food, I'm sure you'll love it." A lady from the group asked. I'm guessing it was her party. She seemed nice. I gave her a nod politely excusing myself and went towards the table where the food was placed, mentally thanking the woman in process.

As I head towards the table, I see a variety of food stacked up. It honestly looked so tempting I wish I was hungry but I just wanted to get out of here. I don't think its going to be happening soon cause my mom seems very interested in the conversation between her so called friends.

I grabbed myself a drink, standing there awkwardly. I don't know anyone here. Why did I even agree to this in the first place? Uhhh!!!

I was deep in my thoughts when a pair of hands landed on my shoulder. I jumped back facing the owner of the hands, his green eyes met mine and I immediately froze in my spot.

"Y/n?!" His voice was low.

"Harry." I spoke back but my voice came out as a whisper I doubt he even heard me.

"What are you doing here?" How can he be so calm? I turn away from him to refill my drink, my back facing him.

"Mum brought me here, besides I don't need your permission to go anywhere!" I sneered.

He took a step towards me grabbing my drink away from me leaving me all confused. I wish I could just kill this man right now.

"You're not suppose to drink too much." He simply says.

"You're not my dad!" As soon as the words were out I saw the corner of his lips turn up into a smirk. Harry and his dirty mind never fail to surprise me!

"Don't boss me around Harry." I corrected myself.

"You haven't forgotten the past yet have you?" He said looking down. I still wonder how he's so cool about our past. I decided to simply ignore his question. I don't want to talk to him. I don't even want to be here in the first place.

"Y/n how many times do I have to really apologize?" He placed the drink back on the table. My arms fold around my chest, as I look away from him, ignoring his presence.

"Look. I'm sorry again. I shouldn't have said those harsh words to you. I should've known better. You were always so nice. Everyone tried to tell me but I was jut dumb. I'm sorry really sorry. How many times do you wat me to tell you y/n?" He ran his long fingers through his soft, brown, curly hair

His sorrys were not helping me. All they did was frustrate me even more.

"Thanks for your irrelevant sorrys harry but guess what? I don't need them. We were together. We were suppose to be there for each other. But you believed a stupid lie Lillian told you and accused me of cheating on you! You knew I would never do such a thing! You never heard what I had to say to you. And then when I was leaving the town you never came to wish me luck or hug me goodbye. So what are you doing after all these months harry? You aren't gonna get anything out of me." I catch my breath. I could feel tears stinging at the corner of my eyes threatening to let go soon but I had to wait.

"I know I'm a jerk y/n, I know. But trust me I love you so much, my intentions were never meant to hurt you!"

"Your intentions..." I was interrupted by a cheery voice.
