This was a request by Boonivr The plot is they meet in a shopping mall and then awkward fluff!

This took me so long to write because I'm really not used to writing Luz *cries* I'm so sorry if this feels rushed because it kinda was- And if he is ooc because I'm not used to writing him- I'm just very not proud of this at all...I know I could do better but I didn't want to put this off for much longer aahh

Forgive me, I couldn't escalate it further for you either. I kept losing brain cells trying to think of things to add while writing this www

"I want to know more about you!"

While at the shopping mall of all places, Shima was met with an obstacle he was not expecting in the slightest, nor knew how to really handle in the moment and could only stare confused at the person standing in front of him.

Staring down at the purple haired man was the very familiar face of a bleached blond male wearing a bright smile and if he imagined hard enough, he could even picture an excited puppy tail too. One similar to that of one of his close friends.

Just...this puppy was taller than Sakata was, and much taller than Shima himself was.

"Eh? Why me?" Shima finally questions, wondering why Luz wasn't hanging around Nqrse, or Senra or someone else he knew more. Why him?

"Why not you?" The puppy merely tilts his head and questions back, just as confused. Who wouldn't want to get to know Shima more? 

"I-" Shima starts, then cuts himself off with a sigh and shakes his head. "Do what you like. I'll be continuing my shopping." He had new outfits to buy, and games to look at! The choices were endless at shopping malls.

As Shima walked off, Luz happily followed behind like a faithful puppy. Though he may have said he wanted to 'get to know' Shima, this was a force of habit...he could get to know him too by the things he bought, right?

Shima laughs to himself as he watches Luz from the corner of his eyes. Had he suddenly gained himself a pet? It certainly wasn't a bad feeling at all, that was for sure. Letting Luz trail behind, Shima led the way to a clothing store first.

While the older hummed to himself while looking for new shirts, maybe even a new pair of comfy fit pants that clung to his frame well, Luz let his eyes continue to wander around in awe. Really, he needed to get out shopping more...

"Luz, does this look good?" A minute or so later, Shima appears from a dressing room Luz didn't even realize he had gone to wearing a simple purple vest with a black shirt underneath and a pair of tight fit black pants.

Ah, he looked gorgeous.

"Good..." Luz repeats before stepping forward, forcing Shima to take a step back, intimidated again by the amazing height difference. "More than good, I think you should wear it out of this store. No- then again..." The puppy hums to himself in thought, walking a circle around Shima to further take in the appearance of the outfit. "This is too nice of an outfit for a mall. What if it gets ruined? Then you wouldn't be able to wear it again..." Luz frowns in disappointment and pushes the confused Shima to go change right away.

When Shima appeared again, the bleached blond grinned happily and pulled out his credit card. "I'm buying today~"

That was almost insulting to Shima, and he would have immediately said no if he didn't really want this outfit...and if doing so wouldn't produce a depressed dog. Sighing, Shima waved his hand in defeat. "I'll accept this...but!" Then a smirk takes over Shima's face. "Only if you're prepared for how much I'll make you spend~"

Luz chuckles amused. "I'm more than prepared~ I'll think of this as part of getting to know you~"

This comment made Shima's cheeks flush in surprise, and to hide it away, the shorter male merely rushed off to find more clothing to force on his 'pet for the day' to buy.

Shima wouldn't stop his spending spree at clothes.

Oh no, once they were finished, and the puppy had practically forced the bags out of Shima's hands to carry, they went to the video game store to see if there was anything new on sale to possibly play during gaming streams in the future. Can never have too much content to share!

When they left that store, Shima refused to let Luz carry any bags, and held them close to his chest as if they were precious to him.

Rather than upsetting Luz, this only made him smile and laugh with delight. Another thing to add to his growing list of things he was learning about the older man.

After stopping at a few more stores, they then went to get food at a place selling sushi at the mall. 'I'm paying so get as much as you want.' Were Luz's exact words...so that was what Shima did, and when they sat down to eat he had enough to feed at least two people.

"Amazing." The puppy watched in awe, too distracted to eat his own food as Shima ignored the surprised puppy to rather quickly inhale all of his food...then even had the audacity to steal a bit of sushi from Luz.

"Too slow~" Shima grinned once it was eaten, earning an upset glare as Luz finally ate his food, learning he had to fight the playful Shima the whole time.

It was his own fault for taking so long!

By the time he finished eating, Shima had successfully swiped a few more pieces...how did he find the room for it all in his stomach?

After cleaning up, they stopped at a few more stores, Shima only allowing Luz to carry half of his bags. 'It was only fair.'

What Shima didn't like, was that by the time they were finished, Luz himself had bought nothing even though they had stopped at so many stores.

"Luz." Shima stops them before they could exist together, deciding to speak his thoughts.

"Hm?"

"Tell me how I can pay you back for all of this. I don't see how this was fair to you at all." It didn't sit well with Shima at all.

"Pay me back?" Luz repeats, thinking about that for a moment before stepping close with a gentle smile. "I don't want anything to do with money if that's what you're thinking. I just want-" Placing a hand on Shima's cheek, his smile grew bigger as the color on the older man's cheeks grew darker.

"-I just want this. I said I want to get to know you better~" With that, The giant puppy cheekily steals a kiss from Shima's lips. Just a chaste one for the time being, seeing as this was only their first date.

"I wouldn't mind a second date if you'd let me~" Luz winks as he pulls away.

Shima blinks his eyes in surprise then quickly clears his throat trying to compose himself before adding on a flirt of his own to counter attack.

"I'm game~ If you think you can handle me. You're paying again~" The purple haired man purrs.

Having a puppy of his own around didn't seem like a bad thing at all anymore.
