Behind the Nerdy Exterior(on hold ...)

Maybe starting junior year with a bang?

Since Gabriel already had his car he just drives me too, he goes to the same school after all, the great Ocean bay high(sarcasm by the way). We arrive at school and all the football players Start to come over so I being the shy girl I am bid my brother a 'see you later' and take off to find my two best friend Annie and Chloe.

I find them by my locker talking and probably waiting for me

"Hey guys what's up" I say.

"Nothing', OH! I almost forgot where's your schedule, I wanna see how many classes we have together!" Chloe gushed, she was the more peppier person of the group. With blond hair blue eyes slim build basically California's typical beach blond beauty, but with out the typical mean attitude, she's an real sweet heart.

"She probably has our same classes, like all the years before with couple that are different. " Annie said with a bored tone, she never was very talkative in the morning but come lunch time she'll talk your ear off with pranks that would be cool to try on one of her teachers. She was the daring one in the group with brown wavy hair past her shoulders, chocolate brown eyes, and petite. Between her and Chloe the guys are falling over themselves to get them to go out with them.

So I showed them my schedule to see which classes we have together

. We had all but P.E., off period, and English.

After that we put up all of our stuff in our lockers which weeds conveniently in the same hallway, and set of in different directions for first period, which was English for me.

I came in early so no one was there when I walked in, so I chose a s

Eat in the back and waited for everyone to arrive.

Ten minutes into English class I find out that this is going to be the most boring class ever. That is until some guy, who is extremely sexy by the way,comes in and walks past the teacher to take a seat right behind me. I don't know if I love this class or hate it now.

"Hey" he whispered in my ear and, I shivered, not from the cold but from his husky voice, I/ swear I thought I heard him chuckle.

"Hi" I said timidly back.

"I hope to see you later on." Then he didn't say anything else for the rest of the class. I felt like I missed his voice but, that would be weird I just met him I don't even know his name and he probably doesn't know mine, he must be messing with me, what hot Guy like him would even talk to me.

When class ended I bolted for the door and went to my locker to get a book for my second period class but I wasn't quick enough.

"Hey, we meet again." He said as he leaned on the locker next to mine.

"Um hi, well I gotta go to class,see ya." I said nervously as I tried to leave but he graves my wrist and gently tugged me gently back to him.

"I never got your name."

"It's. D-Desiree" I stuttered, man, I must look and sound like a idiot.

"Desiree. I like it. I'm Nicholas" my name sounded way better on his lips, I might have shivered.

"Um y-you have a nice name t-too" again with the stuttering, just as i said that the warning bell rang, "Well i should go I'm going to be late, see ya" and then i left him there as i ran off to my second period to save myself from further embarrassment.

By the time i got in class i was a little out of breath, yeah i don't work out but some how i'm not over weight. I looked for where Chloe and Annie sat and went by them to take my seat. They both looked at me with that 'what the fuck' look and I just gave them 'I tell you later' look back and got out the things i needed for class and waited for our math teacher to come in.

Math class came and went, i did fairly well in all my subjects so they sometimes past quickly, which is always a good thing. I walked to chemistry class with Chloe and Annie and, i went to sit in one of seat with those table meant for two people and Chloe and Annie sat in the table behind me. They tried get me to say what happen during the last passing period but just as they were Nicholas came in and our eyes locked, wow i never really looked in his eyes, they were beautiful blue, and hypnotising, i found it hard to look away until the teacher called the class to order.

"Now, take your seat but, don't get to comfortable i will be choosing your chemistry partners for the year." Mr.Rodrigues said with finality in his tone. Nicholas sat by me sincre no one was, that made all the girls give me glares, i brushed it off because there were probable not any available seats soo where do you expect him to sit, idiots.

"okay, i'll just point to each table and list the two who are going to sit there the whole year."

It seemed like he loved to remind us we would be stuck with some random person for the entire year.

"Okay," he pointed at the desk me and Nicholas were sitting at," Desiree and Nicho-, wow looks like ya'll are already seated well, at least you don't have to get up." he said cheerfully. He continued down the else but i wasn't listening i thinking about how I'm going to be working with Nicholas for a year, sitting next to him for a year, well i better get ready to embarrass myself again.

"Class, were going to get to know our partners for the rest of the period, and to ensure ya'll actually get know one another, i made worksheets that give basic question to ask each other, well lets start!" He said this while he passed out the papers. i looked over the questions and turned to nick (my new nickname for him, super original) to start the assignment.

" So whats your favorite color?" I asked while i looked at the paper.

He cleared his throat, probably to get me to look at him but, i was being stubborn at the moment. He then lifted up my chin gently with his pointer finger, that single touch had what felt like sparks running through me, and my core throbbing, that had me wiggling in my chair. He seemed to be sniffing the air and then he groaned and closed his eyes, when he opened them they looked dark with desire but i was probably seeing things feeling like those are never pointed towards her.

"Um you okay nick?" My voice laced with concern.

"Yea fine, my favorite color is green and brown, yours?" he smiled, i nearly fainted at the site i felt like a fan girl in front of the hottest celebrity. i realised i spaced out and he was waiting for my answer, i blushed and immediately said,

"blue!" I then blushed even more because he probably figured out i only like blue was because of his eyes.

he chucked,"i like when you blush it's cute" he said softly. Well there goes tring to cool down my cheeks they just blazed up all over again.

"t-thankyou, umm, favorite animal?" 

"Wolf, you?" 

"Wow me too, I don't know why but I've always found them so fascinating." Well I guess we have some stuff in common.

The rest of the class period went that way with me discovering how much we had in common and what we didn't, i was surprised with how much hobbies and favorites we did share. I also found out he was nice and funny because by looking at him you would think he's a mean guy by his intimidating figure.

I was just waiting on luch and it finnally came, i guess it's time to tell my friends what happened.
