It took me a few hours to get to North's palace. As usual, the yetis were building toys. Christmas wouldn't be for another six months, but North liked being prepared. The elves were doing... whatever insane little things they did.

I flew into North's personal workshop. He was surprised to see me. But there was excitement in his accented voice nonetheless. "Jack!! How are you, how's being a Guardian treating you?" I was crushed in a bear hug before I could answer.

"Hi, North. I actually came on business. There was some sort of magic that led me to this girl." I gestured to the woman on my back. "She was frozen in a mystic iceberg on Siberia. She seems to have ice powers, but if I'm not there to absorb the energy she gives off....." I set her down in a chair and let the ice expand. "That happens."

North looked at her in amazement. "There is legend in Siberia. It says there was magical place called Arendale. There was queen of ice, but she died trapped in her own power. Arendale dies with no ice queen. But ice queen not dead. This ice queen." He gestured to the girl. "Her name is Elsa."

The girl awoke suddenly at the mention of her name. Flipping over the chair, she threw it at North and tried to blast me with ice. North took out one of the scimitars he always kept with him and sliced the chair in half. The blast was more powerful than I expected, but my body naturally absorbed the energy. I also noticed that, now that she was conscious, the ice had stopped expanding from her body.

"Who are you people?!" Elsa was obviously scared. I decided to approach her first. She couldn't hurt me, but she could freeze North.

"My name is Jack. Jack Frost. I saved you from that iceberg, remember?" It was a stretch, but her eyes had been open.

She nodded in response, and seemed to recognize me.

"Why did you summon me to save you?"

"Why the hell would I summon you?! I don't even know who you are!" The seemingly innocent girl was gone. She was now far more defensive. But there was something else. He's.....really hot.

Maybe it was because we both had ice powers, but I think I could hear her thoughts. You're not too bad looking yourself. Judging by her surprised and blushing expression, she heard mine too.

I had no idea what was about to happen from this point on, but it was gonna be fun. And fun is my specialty.
