Background: Sasuke's Family was killed. Sasuke thought it was his brother that killed them (Itachi). That's what the voices in his head we're telling him. He started to develop some mental illness's around the time of their death. He tried to kill his brother when he was 16. He was put inside the hospital by his brother Itachi.
Diagnosis: Depression, Self-harm, PTSD and Schizophrenia.

Sasuke was sitting in his room waiting. He was waiting for his brother to come back. After what happened a couple days ago everything has been different. He tried to kill his brother. He remembered everything perfectly. He had jumped on to him trying to strangle him as best as he could while crying. Obviously his brother was stronger than him and held his ground. Don't get me wrong Sasuke loved his brother. He didn't even want to kill him but the voice in his head kept nagging him to do it. They kept saying if you don't kill him, he'll come for you next. Itachi had told Sasuke that he had to go somewhere and to stay there. Itachi only went outside though. He knew that Sasuke was different. He saw the scars covering his wrists. He asked his brother about it but received a dumb excuse. Itachi knew Sasuke had Schizophrenia. He was diagnosed when he was younger. But it wasn't that serious till a while ago. The older brother had planned to take Sasuke to an Institution. He wanted his younger brother to get help. That's what he was doing right now. Itachi was outside talking to people in white scrubs. There was a white van behind them. They walked inside the house and up to Sasuke's room. Itachi said he would try to get him first. He knocked on the door before going in keeping his distance from Sasuke. "Hey" He said. Sasuke turned to face his brother not bothering to reply. "Sasuke, I want you to get some help.... from professionals" Sasuke raised his eyebrow in confusion but kept quiet. "Do you understand... please just talk to me" Itachi pleaded. "You're going to an Institution Sasuke". He stated. Sasuke stood up abruptly walked back towards the wall. "no" was all he could say. "no no no no no"! Sasuke grabbed the pot of flowers on his desk and threw them. It went right passed Itachi and hit the door breaking. That was the signal for the other to come in. They burst through the door grabbing Sasuke raising him above the ground. Sasuke kicked and screamed trying to get out of their grasp. They help his arms and legs trying to get him to stay still rushing out the house. They placed him into the back of the van. It was surrounded by padded walls.

The ride to the Institution was easier than they expected. Sasuke has calmed down halfway there. When they arrived the held his arms and escorted him inside the building. They were prepared for him since Itachi had notified them days prior. Sasuke was seated in a chair told to wait. A few seats away from him was a man. He had gray hair and grey scrubs. The man stood up and sat in the chair right next to Sasuke. "Hello, My name is Hatake Kakashi but you can call me Kakashi" Sasuke turned over to the grey haired man beside him. He felt "safe" around this man. He didn't know how to describe it but he felt like he was good. "My name is Sasuke" He replied. "Well I'm your "guide" at this place. I'll just be with you everywhere I guess. I'll take you to breakfast, lunch, dinner, Therepy etc." "In a bit you'll get a 2 exams. A physical one and a mental one, It's just to help know where you're at" "Well I should explain how things work around here. Everyday you're woken up at 6:30. You take some medicine than breakfast is at 7. You go to the common area at 8. Individual Therapy starts at 9. At 10 we usually go outside for a bit then go to the common area and eat snacks, chill whatever. At 12 there's musical therapy and that goes on until 1. We have lunch until 2 then group therapy till 4. After you go to the gym to play some activities. At 6 there is Recreational Therapy. We usually just watch a movie for a while or something. We have dinner at 7 and lights out at 9. That's pretty much how the day goes" Sasuke nods his head pretending he heard All of it. Kakashi led Sasuke over to an office where an adult sat. Sasuke sat down and Kakahi left shutting the door behind him. "So hello Sasuke, My name is Orochimaru, I'm gonna be you're one on one therapist while you here ok"? Sasuke nodded his head. "So I'm just gonna ask you some questions if that's ok." Again Sasuke nodded his head. "Do you know why you're here"? He asked. "Because... He told me to kill my brother." He replied. "Who is he"? "Naruto" "And who is Naruto"? "He's um.. Well I don't know he's someone who helps me". "How does he help you Sasuke" "He tells me who's bad and good.. and helps me make decisions." "So. Did "naruto" tell you to kill you're brother" Sasuke nodded his head. "Why did he tell you that"? "Because Itachi killed my parents". "Sasuke did you see Itachi do it"? Sasuke shook his head. "Then how do you know"? "because naruto said so"! Orochimaru nodded his head writing something down in a file. "Did "naruto" say anything specific to you"? "He said. If you don't kill him, he'll come for you". "So you tried to kill you're brother because if you didn't he would kill you"? Sasuke nodded his head. "Ok". "So can I ask you something Sasuke"? "Yes". "Where are those scars on your wrists from" Sasuke shrugged. "Did "naruto" do it"? "No! But he told me to" "So Naruto told you to hurt yourself, can you tell me why"? "He said I deserved it.. because I was weak.. because I couldn't kill my brother he said I deserved it". "And why did you listen to him". "Because he's always right.. Anything Naruto says is right". Orochimaru nodded his head before standing up. "Ok. We're done for today" He opened the door and Sasuke stood up and went over to Kakashi sitting outside the office. Kakashi and Sasuke went over to another room. They went in and greeted a blond haired women. Kakashi once again left. "Hello, My name is Tsunade! I'm just one of the many doctors here. I'll be giving you your physical exam". Sasuke nodded his head eyeing the picture on her desk. It was a picture of a pink haired girl. Tsunade caught on. "Oh that's my daughter Sakura" She said smiling. "Ok Sasuke can you take off your clothes". Sasuke was hesitant and turned away from her. "You can keep on your underwear I just need you to change into these. She handed him clothes and he set it down. He took of his clothes leaving on only his underwear. Tsunade looked over his body seeing the scars on his wrists and thighs. There was a new one on his thigh that was still a bit bloody. "Sasuke I need to fix that up" She said. Sasuke nodded and sat down on the Hospital bed. She cleaned out his wound and wrapped his thigh in gauze. The ones over his wrists were almost healed. He thanked her and put on the clothes she handed him.

After he finished both of his exams Kakashi gave him a tour of the building and showed him his new room that he would be sharing with someone.
