kenny mccormick.

twentieth of october, two-thousand-eighteen.

"hey, ken,

i'm walking home right now."

"oh hey!

how was the thing?"

"fine,

same old."

"call me when you get home okay?"

"i will."

"don't do anything dumb."

it was his first time talking to a therapist, and his last. his mom and i forced him to go to therapy, i was basically a new addition to the family. there to replace the hole his dad left them with.

your deep rest - the hotelier.

that was the last time i talked to craig.

it's scary to think about, the fact that someone can disappear, forever. off the face of the earth, at school, in our heads, in our hearts.

craig was hit by a drunk driver.

it had nothing to do with his mental health. he was gone because someone was being careless. after everything, craig was just gone. the driver called the ambulance, they identified him and before i knew it, i was in the car with tricia and laura.

please,

please be okay.

i whispered that to myself. but deep down i knew that, in the end, he wouldn't be.
