WHO: Chapter 7

A week later~

King was all alone. In the cafeteria, in the library, in the park... he was just alone.

He missed Ram. But the boy seems to have so much fun without him. King sees him every day with Phing. He learned that the two are officially together now.

"King, are you okay? You're spacing out" Boss says, waving his hand to King's face.

"Yeah.. Im.. just tired"

"Don 't over work yourself, this project is due next week, we got a lot of time"

They have to do a charity work, being the leader of the group, King can 't help but be perfectionist and keep it organised as possible. Every single mistake, he panics.

"This is not okay, I said cut it in half! And this paint! Didn 't I say, Fuchsia Pink?! Why is magenta?!" shouted King to his teammates who all looked so exhausted.

Ram heard all the commotion, so he interrupted.

"We got some extra paint, and extra wood..." Ram offered. King stiffened as he heard his voice from behind. He clenched his fist as he turned around face to face to Ram. For weeks they haven 't spoken, King thought, maybe it's time to snap.

"So you care now?" asked King, face turning red, giving his coldest glare to Ram.

"I am just trying to help---" "Help?" King cuts him off, he is so done with Ram.

"Stop acting like you care, because if you do really care.. you wouldn 't have avoided me" Ram was speechless, a lot of students were looking at them, completely stunned.

" King--"

" you got life too? Aside from me? Your reason is bs. I never stopped you from living your life when you started tutoring me. I

thought I was your friend so I hold onto you, but I never thought I was stopping you from anything" with that King stopped because he felt like he will cry any second now, so, he furiously walked away, bumping on Ram 's shoulder.

Everyone was shock by what they just witnessed.

"Are you okay?" asked Mek to Ram.

Ram couldn 't utter any word..

Selfish.

Ram know he was being selfish, he ignored King, not even thinking how the boy would feel because he was just thinking about himself.

He didn 't know what happened but suddenly he was running, searching for him. When he finally spotted him, he sees the elder crying. It broke his heart.

"King.."

With that King run towards him and hugged him tightly.

"I'm sorry for saying al--" King sobs his words were muffled.

"It's my fault... Don 't apologise please"

"I just miss you..."

The confession made Ram realised that he doesn 't deserve King at all. And maybe this is the world's punishment for him, to fall in love only to get broken.

Since then Ram promised not to avoid him anymore. He haven 't told him King the real reasons yet and he doesn 't plan on telling him too..

Ram promised himself that he will try his best to move on, because Nott deserves King, and King deserves Nott.

And well Ram, he just need to live with that.

"After this lesson, do you want to go and grab a bite?"
