-Aria's POV-

I wake up and look at the piles of boxes and suitcases lined up against my wall. Today is the big day. Last weekend, my mom, Liz, came here for the day and surprised me with my ow luxury two storey apartment right here in Sydney. It's a gorgeous place to live and the second I saw it, I was in love.

Luke's also moving into an apartment in the same building, just down a floor. I'm alone on a floor since there are only two flats to a floor and mine is the only one on it which will be occupied. I hear a knock at the door and fake being asleep as with my one open eye, I watch some of the neighbourhood dads taking my boxes and suitcases down to the moving van. They leave the one with the red ribbon, which has everything that I'll need right away, like money and stuff.

I hop out of bed with a spring in my step and jump into the shower, using the new shower gel by One Direction. It's called you and I and it smells amazing. Then, I grab my outfit which I already later out, a plain white skater dress with straps on the thicker side and a scoop neckline, a red and black flannel tied around my waist and my red converse. It's gorgeous. It flatters my body so well and makes me so happy.

Maybe I'll see Ashton today. A little voice in the back of my head says to me.

Why would I care, I think, he's just my brother's best friend.

You care. The voice whispers, fading away as if there really is a person in my room.

I dry my hair, flatiron it and then I grab my suitcase, carrying it down the stairs easily. Luke is waiting for me downstairs with his suitcase as well. We almost match. He has a red and black flannel on with black skinny jeans and grey beat up vans. As always his hair is quite erect. The look actually suits him, I never noticed how much my brother and I have changed in the looks department. As children, people would always ask if we were twins, and now we don't look much alike. My hair is a dark blonde, almost brown, and it falls in loose waves until about halfway down my back. It has a few golden highlights and it's also ombre from about halfway down to the bottom, where it's golden blonde. Luke's hair is almost the same as it was when we were kids, it's a bright blonde and it stays straight. We still both share the same baby blue eyes though, both surrounded by long, dark eyelashes. We were blessed with that gene. That's about where the similarities end though. My skintone is basically like when a pale person gets a tan, and Luke likes to stay pasty all year round. I guess my skintone is like Ashton's, in some ways. Luke's also about 6 feet tall while I'm an average 5' 6 and a half.

The last boxes are packed into the white moving can and then two men start driving to the apartment complex. Luke gets in his car and I follow in mine all the way to the brand new skyscraper. I'm on one of the top floors, and there are probably 50 floors. I think I'm on floor 49 and 50 and Luke's on 47 and 48.

I enter the lobby of the complex, it looks like a hotel. There are all kinds of of services available like pools, restaurants and even storage lockers for rent on the property. I walk up to the front desk and I give them Luke's and my own names. The woman passes me six keys, three for each apartment, as well as a cute little black keychain with my name on it. Then, she tells me what floor I'm on and calls a bellhop to take our boxes and bags. They have bellhops.

The young man takes my bags and brings them to the apartment using the elevator, while I take the modern spiral staircase, which is surrounded by windows. Luke follows closely behind me and we part ways at floor 47, which is the bottom level of Luke's apartment. There's also a door to the top floor of the apartment but he uses that door, since it's the main door.

I walk up a little bit longer and make it to floor 49, the bottom level of the apartment. I open the double doors and gasp as I see the main level. (The apartment is the big hotel room from Monte Carlo, the one with selena Gomez, just imagine that as the bottom floor, only with one of those staircases where there are stairs on either side and then a big balcony in the middle sorta) . It's beautiful.

The floors are made of a rich, dark wood in some places, while In others it's made of luxurious tiles. There are double doors that lead to a gorgeous bed (it's already furnished) and then it's super modern everywhere, with an entire wall made out of glass in the living room. There's a kitchen as well, which is already stocked, since my mom payed extra for the weekly grocery deliveries, which I can customize and then I pay $50 a month for the service and I pay whatever amount for the groceries, and my mom pays all the bills.

There's a huge flat screen on the upper level, in somewhat of a screening room. Then, there's a gym room which is already fully equipped with machines. There's even a huge spare room, which I could use for sleepovers and stuff.

Overall, the apartments goregeous. It's everything I want and more. I love it so much.

Somebody knocks on my door, it must be the bellhop. I open the door and the bellhops start placing boxes down in the entry way neatly with smiles on their faces. When they finish, I give each of them a ten and they offer to help with anything else, like unpacking, which I politely refuse. One of them stays behind for just a minute to tech me how to use the intercom. It's simple, just press one of the buttons to pick a line, press and hold the other button and speak.

Just as the door closes, Luke opens it with his spare key. He has one of mine and I have one of his, just in case. He looks around in awe.

"Mines almost the same, only instead of red, white and black everywhere with grey walls it has red walls in some rooms and then the bedroom has white walls with black stripes." He brags.

"Mine has black polka dots and some of the rooms do have red walls." I say, smiling.

"Well then miss braggy pants, Ash and Cal and Mikey are coming here any minute now to help you unpack, and I'm going to turn that extra room you have into the sleepover room, just like we all know you want to." I laugh and nod, letting him run upstairs.

Another knock comes on my door and I open it. It's Luke's, and I guess sort of my friends now. They come in and greet us, opening boxes full of everything. I open a box which has my framed pictures in them, and Ashton grabs a power drill from one of Luke's boxes that he brought up here.

"I'll help hang them." He says, pressing the trigger on the drill. I nod and pull out the first picture. It's a pretty new picture of Luke and I last year when we went to Disney world. He has me in his arms bridal style in front of the Cinderella castle and we both have Mickey Mouse ears on. We must've been laughing when my mom took the picture because Luke's eyes are squeezed shut and my mouth is wide open in a smile. It's such a cute picture. I centre it above the couch and Ashton comes over, placing a screw where I tell him and hangs the picture on the wall.

Next, I pull out an old picture of me, my mom and Luke, still in Disney world. We all have the same type of sunglasses on and we all have our hips jokingly popped and our hands on our hips. We hang the next few pictures until I realize that almost every picture on the wall is of Luke and I. I need some pictures of my friends.

"Everybody come here!" I shout. The four boys stand in front of me and I grab my Polaroid camera, which was a gift from Luke last year.

"Okay everybody get in!" I shout as the timer starts counting down from ten. When it reaches five Ashton picks me up bridal style and just as it reaches one, he pulls me up as high as he can and kisses me.
