We got back to school today and I don't know what story had been told over break, but everyone just moved out of my way. I walked through the the halls with such passion by the end of the day.
I had to ask Annabeth what happened.
"Dude, you broke up with Trevor. No one does that." I was shocked. I hadn't broken up with him! But you know what, I don't care. I've got status now. They're probably bashing on him already.
How could you let her dump you man? So uncool.

Maybe he'll be cool though and let me have some status. He knew how much popularity meant to me, maybe he'll be kind for a little while, knowing it'll destroy me of they find out the truth. That happens and I screwed.
