in their usual spot, the three girls were casually resting in the schools garden. they were enjoying the peace and calm before having to return back to the halls of auradon that were filled to the brim with princes and princesses.

faelyn fitzherbert, the youngest daughter of rapunzel and eugene fitzherbert was reading one of her books.

mei fa, youngest daughter of mulan and shang was practicing her sword skills with some of the schools fencing equipment.

sylvie mist, only daughter of silver mist was looking down into the schools gardens pond, carefully making some dew drops.

as sylvie reached down into the liquid of the pond, one of the many fishes had nipped at her pinky making the girl yelp and pull away.

"hey! that wasn't very nice!" she scolded the fish as the two others simply laughed at the fairy.

"i swear fishes here are much ruder than back in pixie hollows" sylvie huffed as she used her wings to flutter over to mei and faelyn.

"they remind me of some of the students here" mei commented.

"now tell us again why we have to go to this welcoming?" faelyn questioned as she eyed sylvie from behind her book.

"because! i'm ben's royal advisor and it is my job to help and assist him" sylvie stated. mei and faelyn glanced at each other.

"so why are we coming?" mei leaned up against a tree.

"because you're my friends and you love me?..." sylvie innocently smiled and the two just laughed.

"and~ because you two are the most sensible and non-judgemental people here" sylvie added.

"what time were we meant to be at the front?" mei asked and sylvie checked her phone only to straighten out her wings and widen her eyes.

"we were meant to be there ten minutes ago!" she exclaimed and dropping their things, the three took off running.

"why don't we ever learn?" mei shouted as they past through people in the halls of auradon.

"excuse me!"
"coming through!
"sorry about that!"
"looking good!"

the trio laughed and giggled, pushing the school's front doors open and running up to the three figures who stared at them.
