I wiped out the blood from my mouth, I threw those flower petals inside the trash and hoping he won't find out

I took a deep breath then exhale

I began to wash my face and took a quick shower

'I hope I can get some my stuff later and live with Eli for a while'

I sighed and I wrapped myself with towel

As I about to step out from the bathroom

Eli already waiting in front of the door

"E-Eli?"

He looked really pale and weak but he still put a smile on his face

"Someone called you earlier"
He said that with low voice as he gave me my cellphone

"T-thanks"

I took it and immediately looking at the name who called me earlier

I want throw my phone, my heart about to drop because of it

Eli saw my reaction and asked me

"That person...he hurt you doesn't he?"

"What do you mean?"

I smiled just try to hide my anger

"No need to hide it Aesop, he called you multiple times, I'm sure it's about last night right?"

I sighed

"Eli please, can we not talk about this? I want to get dressed now also you need to rest, don't go to work"

I changed the subject because I don't want him to find out

"There's spare room but....I haven't cleaned it for a while"
He said

"I don't mind, I just want to get dressed Eli, I will bring some medicine home later, do you...mind if I bring some of my stuff too?"

"Sure"
He nodded

"I want to get away from my umm personal issue for a while, also I will pay you back"

"What for?"

"For letting me sleep in your house?"

"Aesop"
He looked at me with that serious face and grabbed my shoulders

"You don't have to pay it, I let you sleep here because you're my friend"

I was speechless for a moment but hearing him saying word of friend make me happy

I smiled at him
