I Won't Leave You

I still can hear him crying, itsy been hours, it's hurt me to see him like this, he's the only friend I have, I sighed, I gathered my thought, I know he need some space but I can't take it anymore, I make him a cup of hit coffee that he like

I slowly opened the door

I saw him crying on bed, facing the wall

"Aesop it's me... Emily"

He stopped crying for a moment, he looked at me with a smile... I'm sure he force himself to smile

"Ah... Emily... I'm sorry...I cried for hours hehe"

I put a smile on my face as I give him a cup of coffee

The room look a little messy, it's so cold inside here

"I know... it's not the right moment for this, but I want to comfort you"

He chuckled

"You don't have to...I'll be fine soon"

The room filled with silenced

We both are became quiet for a moment

Then I decide to break it

I grabbed his shoulders, and force him to look at me

"Stop saying that!"

I can't control myself

I don't want him to suffer

It's hurt me

He's the only friend I have

"I know you're not fine! I'm your friend Aesop! I want to help you like you helped me...so please tell me...what can I do for you to be happy again?"

"Emily.... nothing can make me happy except him... someone took away my happiness but...I will try to take it back"

I knew he's not the one for you but I didn't want to tell you because I don't want to offend you

He take a sip of that coffee

He smiled

"Of course... it's your favorite anyway, so...are you going to your house later?"

He shakes his head
"No, I live with someone for a while"

He continue to finish it
"The new patient...Eli Clark"

"W... what? Wait you both just met yesterday  and now you're living with him?"

"O...oh well...he helped... yesterday...he uh...saw me uh then-"

He sighed

"I hurt myself yesterday because I ran away from Joseph..."

"S...so...we both bump into each other...kinda? Then he tool me to his house, he treated me well....he even let me borrowed his clothes...he cooked for me...he-"

"So...your patient now is taking care of you?"

He sighed

"Now you care about him? You both literally just met yesterday"

"He's my patient ok! Maybe...a friend...ummm patient-friend!"

We both laughed until he forgot the pain even though for a while

"Hah....thank you Emily...for coming here...I feel better now...."

"Of course dummy...why would I leave my friend? I won't leave you, never except for foods"

We both looked at each other than laugh again

But the thing that make it more complicated are
