The Fight

Black*Star's P.O.V

Let's go! Soul resonance!" Duke screamed. They were doing it, it was actually working! Their souls connected. The ninja star got bigger, it started to glow and it's color changed to purple from gray.

"Very good you two. I'm impressed." Dr. Stein said. Duke and ______ smiled at each other, they are really surprised that it worked.

I saw Duke say good job to _____. I am impressed, I really am, I never thought that they would connect so effortlessly like that.

Your P.O.V (I'm not good with fight scenes so.....)

"Black*Star and Tsubaki, please come up." Dr Stein said.

I watch as Black*Star and Tsubaki come down. Black*Star gave me a soft smile, maybe a good luck sign. "You two must fight each other. Get in your positions, and... Began!

Mr. Stein said. Black*Star threw a ninja star at us. Duke ducked his head in time. Duke threw me at Black Star, we hit him on his elbow, but not hard enough.

"Chain scythe!" Duke said to me.

I quickly changed. Duke ran up close to Black*Star and punched him in the face and tried to him him with me. Black*Star blocked our move. He tried to throw the star again and missed. Then, Tsubaki turned into an enchanted sword.

"Soul resonance!" Blackstar yelled.

Duke then did the same thing, our souls connected. I became bigger and more powerful, so did Tsubaki. I felt alive, the fight was on. Duke got hit by the sword in his left arm, he got back up through the pain and kept fighting. We hit Black*Star multiple times and he hit Duke. We are better, much better than I thought. "Smoke bomb!" Duke said, I changed into the bomb, there was smoke everywhere, no one could see a thing.

"Chain scythe!" Duke yelled.

I changed into the chain scythe.

He saw the silhouette of Black*Star a few feet in front of him. I hit Black*Star hard in his back. The fight was over, I turned back into a human. I ran up to Black*Star, he was lying on the floor with blood everywhere.

"Are you okay?" I ask him.

"I'm fine.  I'm Black*Star! Why wouldn't I be okay?"

I put my hand out in front of him to help him get back up. He took it, he tried to stand up, but he cringed from the pain in his back. Obviously, he was not okay.

"I'll take you to the nurse." I said to him.

He looked up at me and said "okay."

Death the Kid's P.O.V

She's really good, I could never beat her.

"Reaper, come up here with your weapons." Mr. Stein said.

"Why sir?" I ask, I really don't want to fight ______, I will lose for sure.

"What else Kid? To fight _____ and Duke."

"Do I have a choice?" I asked.

"Well, I can't make you do anything."

"I think _____ and Duke are really good and don't need another fight to prove it."

I probably sound like a scaredy cat.

I heard a few students behind me say "scaredy cat" and "baby." Am I unsymmetrical trash!?!?!?!?

____ walked back in the room.

"Well then, Duke, _____, please go take your seat, you to Tsubaki." Mr. Stein said to them. I look at _____, admiring her beauty. I look to my right to see Soul, a few seats away, staring at her, clueless of the world around him. He must like her too.

Your P.O.V

You look up to your seat to see Kid and Soul staring at you. Weird. Kid put his hand up, waiting for a high five. You slapped his hand hard, making a loud noise. "You are so symmetrical! Your face is like an eight, your features... So symmetrical!!!" Kid said to you with wide eyes.

"Is that supposed to be a compliment?" You asked Maka.

You look behind you to see Liz and Patty laughing. Before Maka could answer, Liz and Patty screamed "YES!"

You did not know Kid well enough to know what he likes, symmetry. You blushed a little by his complement, now knowing the meaning behind it. You look over to your left to see Soul give Kid a deadly stare. You turned your head and looked at both Kid and Soul, they both just smiled and waved at you as if nothing happened. You kinda had a thing for both if them even though you just met them.

Dr. Stein started to speak again, "Class has come to an end, but, don't get up yet. Duke and _____, Death wants to see you, you are dismissed."

You and Duke walk down the hall to the Grim Reaper. "I'm kind of nervous, I had never spoken to him before." You whisper to Duke.

"It will be okay, he's nice." Duke whispered back to you. He put his arm around you to calm you down. You looked up at him, "We are not dating." You say sternly. "I know, I never plan to go out with you, you are my weapon, my little sister. You let him keep his arm on you.

There, you saw him in the mirror.... and Kid and Soul hidden in the shadows.
