The Rule

Your P.O.V

Duke came home with you today, he had all his stuff, ready to move into the spare room. It was 7 o'clock so you decided to get ready for the party.

"Get ready for the party, we are leaving at 7:45." You say to Duke.

"I don't want to go, I still have a lot to unpack."

"Okay." You say.

You understand that he has a lot to do.

You took a shower and changed into white shinny jeans and a loose, teal shirt. You packed a pair of pajamas, extra cloths, pillow and sleeping bag.

You decided to walk to Soul's  house, his house was only a block away. You saw Black*Star and Tsubaki a few yards infront of you so you decided to run up to them.

"Hey Black*Star, can I talk to you in private? It will only be a minute."

Tsubaki nodded at you guys and continue walking to the house.

"They know. Death asked so I had to give an honest answer. And, Kid and Soul were there, they know everything." You said to him. He didn't seem that concerned.

"I guess we will tell the rest of the gang then. I would have to tell them eventually." Blackstar said.

You guys continued the walk to Soul and Maka's house. Black*Star knocked on the door three times. Soul opened the door, he looked at Black*Star in shame when you walked in. His good friend, Black*Star, not telling him he was related to you. As you walked in you said, "Black*Star and I have something to tell you guys."

"You're dating! Oh, congrats!!!" Patty said. Patty gave Kid a look, she knows that kid likes _____. Kid knew what _____ was going to say so he didn't overreact.

"No, it's not that. ______ is my half sister. Kid and Soul already heard today but we want everyone to know. Yahoo!!!!" Black*Star said. Maka, Tsubaki, Liz and Patty were in shock, speechless.

"Can we do it?" You ask Black*Star. It has been years.

"Yeah. 1..2...3" He said.

"Yahoo!!! We surpass god!!!!!" You two yelled at the same time. You two did it all the time when you were younger. You two high-fived each other and you two laughed. Everyone else eventually laughed with you.

It felt good to be back.

"So your parents sent you here with Black*Star? And what parent do you share?" Maka asked.

"No, they died when I was a baby like Black*Star's parents. And we have the same dad." You say to Maka and everyone else that was listening.

"So, starting today, treat me like her dad and treat _____ like my mom. If anyone wants to date ____or me, it's up to the other sibling." Black*Star said to everyone.

"This sucks, permission?!? So uncool." You heard Soul whisper to Kid. You saw Kid whisper something to Soul but couldn't make out the words. "Permission..." You heard Kid say in a mocking tone.

Kid's P.O.V

Everyone was occupied talking and laughing except Soul and I so I pulled Black*Star aside to the corner of the kitchen.

"So, do I have permission?" I ask Black*Star.

"I want permission too. ____ deserves a cool guy like me!" Soul said.

"Why does everyone want to date ____ and not me? The one and only Black*Star?!? Anyways, okay, so I know you both want permission. Here's what I'm going to do. I will give you both one month to get to know her better and ____ to get to know you guys. In that month, we will do activities and go places and we will partner you guys up with _____." Black*Star said quietly to us.

"What do you mean by "we"?" I asked.

"Oh...well....everyone picked a side, Soul and ___ or Kid and _____. We bet money on it... But I can't tell what side everyone is on, but you can probably guess." Black*Star said.

Soul and I exchanged a serious face and said,

"I'm gonna win!"
