A New Normal...13

It was officially time to go back to work my launch is coming up closer and closer, I can no longer miss being at work. I really need to make sure everything is going along to plan and actually put together the outfits. I heard my alarm go off and saw it was only 5 in the morning, Shawn was still asleep so I remembered to be as quiet as possible. 

I decided to start with a nice hot shower realizing I grabbed a towel then I realized I couldn't walk out naked with Shawn here so I grabbed a set of bra and underwear. I took a while in the shower because I decided to wash my hair, styling it wasn't an issue. Once I got out I put on my set and walked to my dresser, I didn't have to be dressed super professional. I was looking for some nice jeans and a tee for the day. 

"Damn", I heard Shawn say. 

"If you looking at me you better turn right back", I said. 

"It isn't any morning you wake up with such a nice view, I mean look the sunrise and what is you doing up before the sunrise. You was never an early riser"

"Have a kid and that is thrown out the window, I also need to be early to work."

"You want me to take Blue to day care I am going to be leaving later on in the morning", he offered. 

"Sure I will leave her an outfit out so you don't have to battle to find an outfit. I jut can't seem to find anything to wear."

"Let me help you out, you know I have never made you look bad", he said sitting up.

"Go ahead I gotta finish getting ready", I sat on the floor. 

He came over to the dresser looking in the t-shirt drawer going for a tank top that said never forget to say thank you. I went for skinny jeans and Shawn told me to go for the ripped jeans, I put the outfit. I was pretty impressed with the fit it was nice and I felt good in it and I styled my hair quickly knowing I was running out of time.

 After styling my hair I chose Blue's outfit and grabbed my shoes. I really had to leave so I said my good byes and drove off to my office, I knew for sure I had take break later to eat some breakfast. When I entered it was only 7 in the morning and I was turning on all the lights in the departments that started later on.

I entered my office to finish out my ideas of the new line I was going for with this launch, I began to chose in between the fabric and the color. I wanted only the best possible choices as always I don't want someone to be working out and their legging tear. Yes it did make my launch more expensive but it means that I have piece of mind with what I release has quality. 

"I'm going to update you as soon as this coffee kicks in I woke up way to early", Dinah said. 

I chuckled and continued going through the designs making sure I really liked them, I was still iffy on some of the looks. Dinah came in a few minutes later with some paper work and her laptop.

"Alright so the deadline to have the ideas is tomorrow to make the prototypes and test them out, you also have to chose the sizing on the outfits. We turn in the drawings with dimensions and the prototypes will be ready by Friday, they will produce about 20 sets to test them out. All departments are running smoothly no complaints there and all orders going well none have failed in our part of shipping." 

"alright well today I am going to be sending in the designs I just need your help picking in between some of these", I said showing her the options. 

"let me see ou those are definitely a yes, I like those this one is missing something", she said to herself, "I think all of them are great and the designs are perfect for the launch they all really tie in together"
