AFTER THREE DAYS...
Parang ayoko pang umuwi, sarap dito,”feels like home” talaga. Parang maiiwan ang puso ko kapag umalis ako or feeling broken-hearted kaya. Haaay!
“Good afternoon! Checking out?” tanong nung nakilala niyang manager.
“Y-Yeah! But it breaks my heart to leave this place. I honestly don’t know why?” ang malungkot na tugon ni Amanda.
“You could extend, if you like” sabi nung manager.
“Wait, before I leave could I ask a little favor? Mr., Mr..... ” tanong ni Amanda.
“I haven’t introduced myself formally, I’m Rick Jimenez. Customer Service Manager of “Legacy Resort.”
“Glad to know you” kamay ni Amanda.
“You were saying?” tanong ng kausap.
“May I apply here for a job such as Events Planner or Human Resource Representative, Trainor, etc?” ang bibong tanong ni Amanda.

“Sorry, got to answer the call,” sabi nung manager.(Medyo lumayo ito.)
Tagal naman, naiinip na ako.
AFTER 10 MINUTES...
“Sorry to keep you waiting,” sabi ng manager.
“I just waited for you until you finish attending to that very important call” ang paggalang ni Amanda, siyempre gusto niyang mag-apply ng trabaho.
“Very important call, indeed!” sabi ni Rick.
“Here, (may kinuha si Amanda sa backpack niya.) my resume. Suit yourself for whatever position it is that would match my qualification and personality. Amanda Garcia at your service!” at nag-curtsy bow siya.
“In connection to that, may I let you speak with the Executive Accounts Manager before you leave. You know I have already told him about your intention to join the company. That is, if you’re not that in a hurry?” tanong nito.
“S-Sure!” ang eager na sabi ni Amanda.
“Shall we? This way, please!” habang naka-bow si Rick.
Ano kaya itsura nung Executive Accounts Manager? Dirty Harry looking, Dirty Old Man, ngii! At ang taas pa nitong floor, baka pagsamantalahan ako, Oh no!
SA PENTHOUSE...

“Kuya, este Sir, our beloved guest is here!” ang sabi ni Manager Rick.
(Nakatalikod ang Executive Accounts Manager)
Parang kilala ko yung nagsalita at may katipo ito! Imposible ba yun! Executive Accounts Manager? E parng siya rin young nag-deliver nung food? Rule No.13, REMEMBER!.........
(di alam ni Amanda kung saan titingin, napag-isipan niya na tumingin na lang sa baba!)
“Thanks Rick for all the help, I appreciate it a lot especially for our future family!” sabi ni Mr. Executive Accounts Manager. (nanlaki ang mata ni Amanda, gusto na niyang sumilip pero nakatalikod pa rin ito)
“So how does the position Assistant Executive Accounts Manager sounds like?” tanong nito.
(Inabot nito ang kamay. Tumango lang si Amanda. Hindi pa rin tinitignan ni Amanda ang kausap kasi nga may naaalala siya at nag-shake hands sila. She’s isn cold water! Frozen to the highest degree! But Wow! May bago na siyang work!)
“To be honest with you, my contract with my present work expires at the end of this month. It is obvious that you are really in dire need of an Assistant Executive Accounts Manager. But you see...”
(Hinawakan siya ni Mr Executive Accounts Manager sa baba at itinaas ang ulo niya)
Baka pagsamantalahan niya ako, Oh no!
“Oh no!” sigaw ni Amanda habang nakapikit ito.
(Hinalikan siya sa labi ni Mr Executive Accounts Manager at nang pipiglas na siya ay niyakap siya nito.)
Amanda, ano nang gagawin mo? Paano na ang self-worth mo para kay worthy guy?
(Umiiyak na siya, tinigilan na rin siyang halikan nito. Pero nung tinangka niyang pumiglas ay...)
“Amanda! Sorry, I got carried away,” sabi ni Mr Executive Accounts Manager.
(Pumipiglas na siya pero ayaw pa rin nitong pakawalan siya.)
“You said to my brother that it would break your heart if you’ll leave this place. I could honestly tell you why,” sabi ng binata.
(Umiiyak pa rin siya ngunit iba na ang kaba sa dibdib niya, hindi na natatakot.)
“Gian!” ang sigaw ni Amanda. (At pinakawalan siya nito sa kanyang mga braso.)
(Hahalikan niya sana si Gian kaso...)

“Sorry, got to answer the call,” sabi ni Gian, si Mr Executive Accounts Manager.(Medyo lumayo ito pero narinig niya ang conversation.)
“Ok, Dad! Everything is under control, everything works as we planned for. Thank You!”
“Good morning, Ma’am!” bati ni Gian, si Mr Executive Accounts Manager, isang lalaking tall, dark and handsome!
“Good afternoon!” sagot ni Amanda.
“Welcome into my life!” sabi ni Gian.
