Sorry for the late update!

I was feeling crap all day :(

After my shower my legs got weird again just as yesterday.

There were some moment when I couldn't really walk for a while

I've spent some time meditating and that went pretty well

It's weird because I don't do that very often but it's very calming and feels really nice. It's also a very important part of shifting

I just ate some chips (very human food) and now I feel very sick and my belly hurts a lot :(

Guess that means my diet is doing something? Anyway I'm not eating chips anymore lol
