K R Y S T A L

It was a busy day for the bar tonight, it was swarming with customers.

Since Riki was working late today, the other guys had it rough helping out, even Takuto.

I mixed up the drinks carefully and pour it into a cup. Sliding the drink to the customer, I started to make the next drink.

The doorbell chimed and Riki showed up wearing a business suit, he looked out of breath though.

"Hey, Riki." I greeted him and he simply nodded. Takuto raised an eyebrow at him and the others had not acknowledge him yet.

Suddenly, the door bursts open. A bunch of people dressed in black suits came in. They had a seat but one of them caught my eye. It was my father's assistant, Mack.

I gulped and ducked under the counter before anyone could take notice of me.

"What are you doing?" Riki hissed tapping my shoulder, he was squatting beside me as well.

"Shh." I whispered frantically while peeking at the small hole of the counter.

"Fine, but you will tell me who they are when they leave the bar." Riki commanded but I could tell by his tone he was worried.

Most of the customers had left the bar except the gang. They kept on eyeing the bar and I could tell Boss was wary of them.

They slapped the bill on the table and stood up roughly, slamming the door shut. I sighed in relief and got up from the counter once they were out of sight.

"Who are they?" Hiro said cleaning up their table.

"Judging by their tattoos, I could tell they are not the police, probably some mafia." Takuto remarked.

"Well, maybe they just wanted to have dinner or something, where were you just now, Krystal?" Boss said changing the subject.

"I was in the bathroom." I lied smoothly and Boss nodded in approval.

"It's a long day today, why don't we get some sleep?" Kenshi said cheerfully.

"I'm driving Krystal back to her flat." Riki said and exchanged goodbyes.

"So, do you want to tell me what happened?" Riki asked starting his car.

"It's okay," I said. I started from my father killing my mother, how I knew my father was the head of the mafia, training me to become the next heir that I declined to become and running away.

"Wow, your life could become a movie." Riki admitted once I finished.

"True." I said bitterly.

"The men from the bar are acquaintance of your father's?" Riki asked.

"Probably, I could only recognize my father's left hand lackey, Mack." I answered.

"Is that the one with purple hair?"

"How did you know?"

"Just a lucky guess." Riki said shrugging his shoulders.

"We're here, thanks for giving me a ride, Riki." I said unbuckling my seatbelt.

"No problem."

"And Riki, can you keep this a secret? I don't want to my personal story to be spread out like wildfire."

"You're secret is safe with me." Riki promised.

I punched the number 8 with my fist and the lift shot up immediately. I squeezed my eyes closed and leaned against the lift's door.

The lift door opened and I steadied myself from falling out. I shook my head and fished out my keys from my pocket and unlocked the door.

I saw the window to my living room was opened. I swear I locked it when I left today. I felt a shiver run down my spine and hugged my shoulders protectively.

I cautiously approached the window, I observed the window for a while. I realized the window was forced open.

They had found me. Knowing it wasn't safe for me to stay here tonight, I hurriedly packed a few of my belongings and rushed out of the building.

It was just my luck that it was raining, I ran a few miles and arrived at a motel. I was soaking wet from head to toe.

"How many of you?" The woman said lazily snapping her gum.

"One, please." I said shivering slightly.

"Here ya go." The woman picked out a key, it read 435.

Dragging my luggage with all of my might, I stopped at the room. The walls was a faded sickly green colour. But at least the room was actually clean.

Picking out some of my clothings, I ran inside the bathroom to take a warm shower. Applying soap to my hair, I shut my eyes closed tightly. What have I done to deserve this? I knew if I was captured, I will be returned to my father like a prized puppy. He would be in rage and probably kill me to seal the information away.

Wrapping my hair with a towel, I stepped into the room buzzing with an unknown phone number. I accepted it without thinking twice.

"Krystal Jung Soo Jung! Get your fat ass back here now! If you get back now I would reconsider to spare your life...!" My father's voice screamed in the phone, making me almost dropping my phone.

"Don't accept an unknown number for more than fifteen seconds, or not, they would be able to track down your location." My trainer, Renee once told me. Snapping oyt of my trance, I quickly ended the call.

Call Duration: 13 seconds. I took a deep breath that I didn't realize that I was holding. Flinging my phone away, I tumbled down to my bed, falling into a deep sleep.

"Have you tracked down her location yet." I screamed at the woman.

"No, sir, I need more time." The woman said trembling. Damn it, I let that little bitch slipped out of my fingertips again.

Out of frustration, I fired the gun to the woman's head as the other programmer gawked at me as the woman dropped dead on the ground.

"Next time, you failed to obey my orders, this shall be you." I snarled kicking the woman away.

I can't believe this pack of useless rubbish failed to track down her! Next time I will capture her and kill her with my bare hands.
