Chapter 2: Teach the Warrior

Beacon Tower, No POV

While Team RWBY caught JNPR up with what they know in the cafeteria, Port just dropped off Y/n and left for the teacher's lounge. Now, Ozpin is staring at the young man in front of his desk who, from the drone footage, can come back to life and was holding back against his students. That gun of his took care of that unknown Grimm in one shot as well.

Ozpin: So, mr. Skull Digger, or would you prefer Valiant?

Y/n: Y/n... can I have the mask back... or something to type on?

Ozpin lightly chuckles at the boy's shyness. He could barely hear him so Oz handed over a spare scroll. As soon as Y/n held the device a screen appears above his head.

[Y/n: This is much better, I hate talking. Before you ask, as long as I have something I can type on, this screen will show up from my mind. What did you want to ask about besides that?]

After quickly composing himself after the initial shock, Ozpin took a sip from his Infini-Mug(TM). Then he leaned forward and started the questions.

Ozpin POV

Me: So, team RWBY said that they thought you escaped from a secret lab, but that isn't the case, is it?

I can feel the magic power radiating off of him. Based on his undying ability and combat prowess I can figure that the Brothers had something to do with this. Probably darkness, considering that bone mask.

[Y/n: The main goddess gave me the choice of a new life in your world or endless death. I saw two more figures before falling asleep: a man of light with antlers and a man of darkness with ram horns.]

Me: Main goddess? Did they say anything to you?

The Brothers probably wanted to let him know what he is getting himself into. But who is this main goddess?

[Y/n: Blushiemagic. She is more powerful than the other gods I fought. One of which is a creator class divine. But, the two other deities appeared to be of similar strength to her. Neither talked while I was awake. I was told to seek redemption, and it appears that I must redeem others as well.]

As he said this, I noticed him place a mysterious stone tablet on the table. It had a face at the top and appeared to be bloodstained.

Y/n: The Keeper...

[Y/n: There are very few I have fought that we're sentient. Fewer I regret fighting. But, that isn't important anymore.]
